  We could not be happier with our roofing experience with K&L Dunrite Roofing. Beginning with our sales rep, Paul House, the entire team was extremely helpful, professional and presented us with multiple options to meet our specific needs. Paul stayed in contact throughout the process and was on site when the crew began work. He also followed up diligently and answered any questions we had. The crew was exceptionally courteous and professional, as well. They did great work, efficiently. Just after completion, our area was hit with severe storms, including tornado watches and warnings. The roof held and we staid dry! That would not have been the case with our old roof. Paul also followed up to ensure we had no issues after the severe weather. Strongly recommend.

  K&L solicited business throughout our neighborhood after a heavy windstorm. Because of this, I was initially skeptical of the business. However, they were knowledgeable about roofing and had a professional appearance and demeanor. They worked with my insurance adjuster and I was able to successfully file a claim on my roof and only pay my insurance company a deductible. They worked quickly, and the entire process probably took less than a month to resolve. After my roof was installed (architectural shingles, offered in several colors), they sent me their warranty information and registered my roofing tiles for manufacturer warranties as well. Good products and responsive employees.
