Very professional roofing team from start to finish. Giovanni was friendly, attentive, and took time to understand my roof issue before taking photos and sending a fair estimate the same day online. When I followed up, the office staff was helpful, welcoming, and easy to work with throughout the scheduling process. Mateo and Kaden arrived on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work on the roof repair. They were courteous, skilled, and did a careful, thorough job. Even though my roofing repair was a smaller project, everyone treated me like a valued customer and gave the work great attention. I highly recommend this roofing company for roof repair and dependable service.

They replaced our aging roof, and the workmanship has held up very well through heavy rain, strong wind, and even tree limbs hitting the roof over time. Antonio was easy to work with, answered our questions clearly, and stayed responsive …

The roofing crew was professional, showed up on time, and walked me through every step of the roof replacement. Since this was my first time dealing with a new roof, I had a lot of questions, and whenever I called, I got a friendly answer and clear guidance. The team handled the tear-off of the old roofing, installed the new roof, and finished everything in just a few days. They also put on new gutters, which really improved the whole exterior. The workmanship looks great, and the roof has already gotten a lot of compliments. I would definitely recommend their roofing services in Union Mills.

We wanted a second opinion after another roofer said we needed a full roof replacement. Antonio checked the roof, gave us a clear estimate, and was honest that we only needed a small shingle repair instead of a whole new roof. He explained …

I hired Adams Family Roofing for a metal roof and new gutters, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Mateo was always friendly, patient, and quick to help, even when I reached out many times with questions and update requests. The crew explained each step of the roofing and gutter work clearly, kept me informed, and made the process feel easy and stress free. Their workmanship was top notch, the metal roof looks great, and the new gutters work exactly as they should. I did have one small concern during the job, but it was handled right away and fully resolved. It really showed their strong customer service, communication, and care for doing quality roofing work in Union Mills.

Look no further. Adams Family Roofing recently replaced my flat roof with a TPO roofing system, and the whole experience was excellent. The crew was professional, careful, highly skilled, and clearly very experienced. Communication was strong from start to finish, and the team stayed responsive from the first call through the final inspection. After storm damage from a fallen tree, I had already been through multiple flat roof replacements by other contractors, and those jobs turned into expensive, stressful problems with ongoing leaks and poor workmanship. The roof looked bad, and hidden issues were left behind. A roof inspection later showed moisture trapped under the newer roofing layers, along with the wrong materials and incorrect installation methods. They were the ones who finally found the real source of the problems and handled the job the right way. They removed the failed roofing, corrected the hidden issues left by the previous contractors, and rebuilt the flat roof system properly. The new TPO roof looks great, performs well, and gave me peace of mind. The pricing was fair, the workmanship was strong, and the results were outstanding. I recommend them without hesitation. My roofing nightmare is finally over, and I’m truly grateful.

We needed new roofing and porch work on our home, and it was the last big project on our list. We had a small roof leak, so we called for a roofing inspection and a team member came out within a few days. We worked with Giovanni for a few …

A real estate contact recommended this roofing company after having a good experience with them. Antonio, the owner, came out for the estimate and was very knowledgeable. He quickly found where the roof leak started by using his experience with tile roofing. He also showed me a few other spots where the underlayment was wearing out. We already had a feeling the roof was near the end of its service life because of the age of the home and signs of wear, so it was helpful to have everything explained clearly. I appreciated that Antonio did not try to pressure us into a full roof replacement right away. He said they could repair the active leak and possibly get more time out of the roof, but he was honest that other sections might start leaking soon. After going over the options, we chose a full re-roof and we are very happy with that decision. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job moving smoothly. When they found a couple of additional roofing issues during the project, they walked us through the repair options in simple terms and gave honest recommendations based on what they would want on their own home. That made the whole process feel straightforward and trustworthy. This is a smaller roofing company with reliable people who stand behind their workmanship. After several heavy rainstorms, we have had zero leaks. We also had two roof tiles crack after strong winds, and they came back out and replaced them right away with no hassle. Great roofers, solid service, and quality work from start to finish.

So glad we were given antonio's name. Our older roof had several decking and flashing problems, and after the old shingles were removed, antonio personally took charge of the deck repairs and made sure the new flashing was installed the right way. The roofing material delivery went smoothly, and we were told these were top quality architectural shingles with strong long term protection. There were fewer bundles on each pallet because the shingles were heavier than standard ones, which gave us extra confidence in the product. The crew kept tarps spread around the yard, so debris from the tear off stayed out of the lawn and cleanup was handled with care. We had received a higher estimate from another roofing contractor that did not even point out the better shingle option or explain the flashing work in detail. i really appreciated how clearly everything was explained, how organized the roofing crew was, and how well the job site was protected. the whole process felt professional, the roof installation was done carefully, and we are very happy with the final result. highly recommended for roof repair and roof replacement work.

My wife and I bought a home in Union Mills knowing it needed a full roof replacement. We got several estimates, and Adams Family Roofing stood out right away. Kaden spent a lot of time with us going over roofing materials, gutter options, leaf guard choices, and what would work best for our home and budget. The price was very fair, and we are so glad we moved forward with the new roof and gutter system. The whole house looks so much better now, and we feel much more confident every time it rains. The new shingles, gutters, and leaf guards give us peace of mind and make exterior maintenance much easier. We also feel the curb appeal and value of our home have improved a lot. The crew was polite, skilled, and careful with the property, and the follow-up after the roofing job was completed was excellent. Replacing a roof and gutters is a big investment for any homeowner, and this was a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
