What is "elite" about this company is their prices. I had them replace some old gutters with new ones. They didn't even do the job themselves, they just subbed it out to another company. I asked them to bury one of the drain lines which they agreed to do as part of the job. Their sub refused to do it, so I had to wait a few weeks until they found another sub. The sub only partially buried the pipe, so I had to finish the job myself. They over-promise. under perform.

Hi Chico - unfortunately your name doesn't show up in our customer records and no one on our team recognizes the experience you have described. Is it possible you contracted with a different "Elite" roofing company as there are a few ones with similar names? Regardless, please call our office so we can better understand your issues and see what we can do to resolve them.

If you’re looking for a company that is lacking in every sense of the word then this is your place… terrible communication, no one there to pick up the phones, waiting weeks for a quote and so on.

Google cut this review short. The full text is on their Google profile.

Hi - for some reason, Google had hidden your review and others and just published it. So sorry we are just seeing it. Regardless, we are very sorry that you had a negative experience and one that is atypical of our goals and our history. We apologize for the poor communication and will use your feedback to work to do better moving forward.

Our cabin roof and gutters were dated and needed replacing. We received several quotes from various contractors, some were lower and some were higher. During the quote process, Christian from Elite Roof and Solar was super low-stress and did not push us to make a decision immediately like some of the others. He was open, transparent and honest about pricing and options which were competitive. He was also very communicative during the whole process even after traditional working hours. Upon completion, we were delighted at the finished product. The roof and gutters were installed to our expectation and the cleanup was to be expected from such a highly endorsed company. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar for your roofing and gutter needs!

Elite Roof and Solar did an outstanding job all away around. When they came out to give me an estimate, they cleaned the gutters out for me because I was on crutches. The crew that did the install left without a trace. If it wasn't for the new gutters, I wouldn't have known they were there. Not a single nail or screw was left on the ground. I will be using them in the future.

Can’t say enough positive about Elite Roof & Solar. Very professional and personable. Ryann came to our house to give an overview and estimate. She was great to work with and it was obvious she was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She was available any time for questions. Quickly sent us detailed diagrams to look at. I changed my mind on color last minute. She made time to bring color samples once again and helped me determine a new color. Gutter installation was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner, which we really appreciated. It was the perfect color! Installers were great at their job. Fast, efficient and left no trace of being there. We are extremely pleased with the job and highly recommend Elite Roof & Solar!
