  They replaced my roof in 2022. It was a Fortified roof. It started leaking March 8 2024. They will not return my calls.

WE DID REACH BACK OUT TO YOU; HOWEVER, AT THE TIME YOU WERE OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND HAD SOMEONE TAKING CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS, WE RETURNED THE CALL AND HAD OUR CREW COME OUT. I'M NOT SURE ABOUT ANY OTHER PROBLEMS BECAUSE WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM YOU. IT'S SAD THAT YOU WOULD GIVE US A 1 STAR WITH A BAD REVIEW AND NOT GIVE US A GOOD REVIEW AFTER WE DID 3 DIFFERENT JOBS FOR YOU, YOUR PERSONAL HOUSE, BEACH HOUSE AND YOUR BUSINESS. AND YOU WERE VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. A FEW YEARS LATER- 4 TO BE EXACT -DO THIS. WE FEEL IT IS VERY UNFAIR AND NOT ALL TRUE. YOUR REVIEW IS STATING WE DIDN'T RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS WHEN WE, IN FACT, DID. I HOPE YOU CAN PLEASE RECONSIDER THIS AND DO THE RIGHT THING, IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT COMMUNICATED OR WE NEED CLARIFICATION ON, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US SO THAT WE CAN MAKE THINGS RIGHT. WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO MAINTAIN GOOD REVIEWS A GOOD REPUTATION IN OUR AREAS OF COVERAGE. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS A VERY LONG TIME AND WE FEEL OVERALL WE ARE ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES IN THIS AREA AND PLAN TO DO OUR BEST TO STAY THAT WAY.

  Update: After Hurricane Sally Jubilee Roofing installed a new roof and we paid to have it fortified. I started trying to get a proper certificate to state if the roof was Bronze, Silver, or Gold certified and have been getting the run around since September 1st. Without this proper certification it is highly unlikely our roof was actually fortified. We have spoke to several insurance companies and all in alignment that the certification must state Bronze, Silver, Bronze. Stay away from this company and they have took advantage of us.

  Failed to return several calls, scheduled two appointments for estimates and no show, no call either time. Never answers phone or returns call unless called from unknown number. Can not comment about quality of work, as we could never get that far. Would not recommend...

If it is something that we have overlooked, We apologize and again would like to make it right anyway we can. Here at Jubilee we have high standards on how we treat our customers and the level of work we do, being number 1 in rating and reviews is not an easy thing to have and keep like we have for many years.   They were done within 2days! The roof is nice and new again after storm damage. My granny , who is the owner/Gilda C; mentioned how she liked that they cleaned up thoroughly and that she would recommend them to others as well.

  10/10 Jubilee roofing did my Grandmothers House and it looked like a new house when I saw it after they finished. They work very fast it only took a day, I highly recommend

  Jubliee came out and gave us an estimate to replace an almost new roof that was done incorrectly. The estimate was very reasonable and they got on the job quickly and finished in 1 day. Highly Recommend.

  We had another contractor start on our roof. Mid ways through, they disappeared. Malone Cockrell with Jubilee Roofing came through and did a fantastic job on our metal roof. We are very pleased with their work, professionalism and happy attitudes. We would recommend them to everyone.

  Malone and the installation team done a great job on my new metal roof installation. Removed the old shingles, repaired the damage/rot and installed new metal roof with several added details I requested. Malone was very easy to contact and communicate with throughout the very short and easy process. The estimate was in line with the 2 others I received and I chose to go with Jubilee because of the Google reviews, Glad I did! Thank you for a job well done!

  Jubilee Roof did an Excellent job on my roof. The roof was done In less than 48 hours from the time I met Paul. He gave me a Great price. Paul was very professional, informative, and knowledgeable. He made sure that the insurance company gave me the right quote. Good workmanship and great customer service. Thank you so much Jubilee!

  I contacted Jubilee Roof for a roof replacement quote and they actually called and made an appointment to talk very next day. I met with Paul and Malone and they gave me a fair price. To my surprise, they started the work two days later and everything was completed in a couple of days. Good workmanship and great customer service.

  I chose Jubilee Roofing because of the high positive ratings they have on Google.. I'm so glad I did, now I have a beautiful new roof thanks to the fantastic job from Jubilee Roofing. Very professional, fast, quality work, trustworthy company and crew. Very easy to work with from start to finish. I Highly recommend Jubilee Roofing. Great company!
