  Had a leak in my roof, called Guy Roofing and they said they would call back in a few hours. Never called, I finally called them. They said they would look at it last week. Never heard from them again. Wasted a week of my time.

  My husband contacted Guy Brothers last week for a quote on a new roof. Appointment was scheduled for today at 9am, however he didn’t show up for the appointment & finally called at 1015am to see if he could still come out to give us a quote. Denver came out & quoted us & I informed him we were getting 3 quotes before making a decision. He scoffed at this, but I explained we were paying for the roof & not our insurance unless I could get my policy changed to “replacement value”. He was aware another company was on their way to give us a quote too. He left & sent us a quote & asked if we could come to the office to check financing options (after I also said I wanted to avoid financing if possible). Knowing my husband had an appointment and would be out of pocket for that, he sent 2 text asking if we were coming, which my husband did not immediately respond to bc he wasn’t available and I also was talking to my insurance company about changing my policy to a replacement policy & awaiting their response. Before my husband had an opportunity to respond to tell him this, Denver sent another text (all within a hour and a half) telling my husband to remove Guy Brothers from our potential list of companies. What upsets me the most is that as a business, he found it acceptable to no call, no show for the appointment yet found it unacceptable we were unable to respond immediately when we made sure he was fully informed of our schedule. All of this transpired in one afternoon & the pressure he put on us to make an immediate decision speaks volumes about how the business (& probably their work) is conducted.

  Guy Brothers replaced the siding, Soffits and gutters on my house. I am extremely satisfied with their work. From the very beginning to the very end. I honestly feel I had a fair price for the work that was done. Lately, a lot of contractor’s prices are super inflated because they have plenty of work. I am very impressed with the company as a whole. Hayden walked me through the process initially. We talked about options and pricing. He did pictures and measurements to get the job started. He was very professional and actually listened to what I needed and wanted. Barclay, the project manager made contact with me frequently throughout the work. Always touching base making sure I liked what was going on. I also like the fact that one of the two owners was Usually out checking on the job jobs. If you want quality work done. With very professional people in a fantastic company you want to use these guys. I recommend them highly.

  Our HOA has worked with Guy Brothers Roofing for the past four years. They are highly responsive to our requests; provide quick and competent service and are courteous and professional in their interactions with our Board and homeowners. Their work has included creating barriers at vulnerable junctures between dormirs and soffitts to prevent pest access to attics, repair of damaged sections of roofs and providing inspections to determine if there is roof damaga. We recommend them without reservation.

  I had three roofing companies that I was looking at. Guys Brothers had more to offer for the buck. They were professional and on time, did a great job, even though the roof needed more repairs than I thought. They are just great and I am serious about that statement.

  Guy Brothers Roofing of Mobile did an excellent job at the property I manage. They completed a repair on one roof and then replaced one full roof, all in a timely manner. The workmanship was top-notch, and the crew was professional and respectful on-site. A special thanks to Josh, who handled the estimates and managed the job from start to finish. Josh was responsive, clear in his communication, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Guy Brothers Roofing of Mobile and would absolutely use them again.

  The base around our church's steeple needed to be repaired. We received a very quick response to our request for a quote. The quote was very competitively priced & the work was done quickly to avoid further damage from predicted rain. Everyone we worked with was very respectful, kind and informative. They answered all of our questions before & after the work was completed. We will use them in the future & do recommend them.
