They do shoddy work , they don't have the manpower for the job ,they use inexperienced boys ,yes boys, then they want to charge you for things they didn't do, like concrete grindi.g,putting plastic over the walls and ceilings and self leveling concrete, they still insist that I pay it because " it's not coming out of my pocket insurance is paying for it " my insurance company told me not to pay them for work they didn't do, I could go on and on but the conclusion is that they are sorry.

Mrs. Clark every employee that works for Rellim and that was on your job is 20 years or older. We have some 20 year old guys that are apprentices. The crew leaders have 10 plus years experience. Your house has been put back with a lot of hard work and now you don’t want to pay your bill which the insurance company paid for you in full. I advised my project manager after initially having to work with you that we should probably not provide service for you as you seamed quite unreasonable from the start. I do not agree that your feedback is valid and we stand behind our work.
