  Our roof is still leaking after American Roofing installed a new roof on our home 11 months ago. They sent someone out to work on it once but it still leaks. They have ignored my numerous phone calls and voicemails since then. This company does not stand by their work.

  When the two owners came out for an estimate, they seemed professional, knowledgeable, and offered a competitive estimate. When the roof repair was agreed upon, they never showed up. Over and over again, they told me that I was next in line, the weather wasn't cooperating, and they hadn't forgotten me. It's been at least eight months.

  Edited due to his response. I love how you comment only on the fact that I've left deserving one star reviews. I leave feedback as deserved. Some places are amazing and get 5 stars. Your company, however does not. I called for a request to which your secretary said I would receive a call back. Never got a call back and when I called again she said you didn't service my area. I then pointed out that your website says differently. Original- The lady that answers the phone needs a crash course in customer service.

  One star for the attitude towards my wife. She called at 8 am for a service request was told someone would call right back, never called she called back only to be told that they didn't service that area. No need for a rude response to her review. All of our calls are recorded if you'd like proof ? Thanks

  Poor customer service. I Contacted Raul about checking my roof for leaks. He asked me to send pictures. I sent pic and he then said I have moisture. Which is true but I also have leaks. Informed me he will inspect my property but when I called to confirm, he wanted me to send more pictures because he have soooo many texts. I decided against sending additional pictures and he said he will need to see additional pics because he is really busy. Really?? He is in the roofing business but too busy to conduct roofing business. Why not tell me that when we first spoke. A simple “we are not accepting new clients at this time”, would have been sufficient. Its the weekend, I’m expecting American roofing on Monday and now I need to find another roofer to inspect my leak. I waisted valuable time that I really do not have dealing with this guy. Frustrating!!!

  I worked with Raul to get my shingles replaced. He was prompt, professional and when I was finally ready to go they had everything done and cleaned up in less than two days. Also, according to the inspector who did the Gold Fortified inspection afterwards, American Roofing and Construction is who he would choose to do his roof. Raul was very patient and informative. He answered all my questions and his quote was the best of the 7-8 quotes that I got for this job.

  We hired American Roofing & Construction (Mobile, AL) and couldn’t be happier. Raul’s team showed up exactly when promised, kept the site tidy, and delivered top-quality repairs on the gutters and woodwork under our roof edge (fascia/soffit). Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the finished result looks great. Strongly recommend Raul and his crew!

  The guys from American Roofing & Construction were great. The two young men I had were knowledgeable, polite, and quick to find the issue and resolve it. They sealed up a whole joint line of my roof in about 30 minutes. Would recommend to others!

  American Roofing did a very Professional job installing my new roof. I am very pleased and highly satisfied. All the employees were very polite and knowledgeable about their jobs. I would highly recommend American Roofing to anybody that needs their roof replaced. Raul is super nice and does exactly what he says he will do. Ramon is a top notch crew leader who gets the job done! They are fast, skilled and efficient. My yard was left super clean! Thanks for such an Awesome Job!!!
