  After 23 years in business, it's interesting to note that if the practices you mentioned were indeed our standard, they would be well-known to the public by now. We wouldn’t have been able to maintain a loyal client base of thousands over the years. For context, we worked on the building where Axis Neuro leases space out of and you, Mr./Ms. Lee Traweek, are simply an employee at Axis (or visitor?), that somehow inserted yourself into the email threads. You were not involved in any of the business dealings: the initial inspection, the completed roof repairs, final inspections, follow-ups, payments… Therefore, your review or posting cannot be considered valid. Please be advised that this matter has now escalated to a legal one.

  Had them check out a problem I have. Jerry was honest and upfront And referred me to some other people. Thankful for his time expertise and honest.

  Thanks for the opportunity Chris! Your chimney has a leak, but it's because of the missing bricks and scalding that's going on. We don't push work away, but we also don't make up things to have business... thus the best thing was find a mason! :) We'll be here for any future needs and when you need the whole roof redone too! :D

  Jerry was great. Really appreciate him coming by on Saturday to knock out a skylight task. He fixed a few other issues along the way and held original pricing.

  I would highly recommend J's Roofing. Jerry, with whom I worked, is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He guided me to the best way of handling my roofing situations and fixing those problems in a fair and financially reasonable way. Good man, good company!

  Jerry was really personal and knew his stuff. Real friendly and got the job done for a good price. I had a small job, just needed some eaves fixed, be everything looks great now.

  Teresa, we thank your family for your trust! We've done small roofing repairs for years on your dads and brothers house (shingles, replacing roof vents, or adding new vents!), then we finally re-roofed them both! Glad we could always be there for you.

  I've used J's Roofing in the past but its been a few years. I needed some repairs for a leak we had coming in from the roof vent. One thing about J is when they come to repair he's actually the one who worked on my roof, not a salesman like with other companies. He was very prompt and professional and was honest about what I did and did not need. He was very fair with the pricing and finished in a prompt manner and is very quick to respond to emails and voice messages. He inspected the flashing on all my boots on the roof as well as secured a gutter that was sagging and not draining properly. I would not hesitate to use J's Roofing again.

We are not "big boys" in the industry by any means but ... whatever we work on, it's done right! We were called on to correct roof leaks with this client. A Church, mod-bit flat roofs with shingles around the perimeters. It never surprises us when we come across other trades work that, there is just no excuse for (sigh). Yes, this is how the hvac contractor left it! WITH an open/exposed breaker switch too! (no cover!)) We get it, everyone is on a budget and short with money at times but, find the right contractors that will do things correctly and back their work! We've quoted the client for reworking the penetration correctly, IF their hvac contractor will not do it. :) Let us know if you have any questions or if we can help!Jul 11, 2026
