  I had JP Carroll provide me with an estimate for a roof replacement last week. I would not recommend this company. Very expensive and high pressure to sign on the spot in order to get discount without any documentation. Bad way for a reputable company to conduct business.

  A 100 year old brick house with slate roof and flat-roof garage add-on from the early 1970s. Tar and gravel on the garage (installed in 2001) was nearing end of service life. Wanted to replace with rubber, but had specific concerns related to maintaining appearance and quality. Lee and Michael were very attentive and "shifted gears" as needed to make sure everything was 100%. The installers were very detail oriented. Ask again in 20 years, but right we could not be more pleased.

  Mike Chase and JP Carrol roofing are the best in the business. They were excellent to deal with, new roof was installed and completed in 1 day, Was updated throughout the day with pictures and information, left the job site neat, would highly recommend!

  Thank you JP Carroll and especially Project Manager Alex and his entire team who did the roofing work. These guys were dedicated!! Alex reached out to me to let me he would be my Project Manager and if I have any questions or concerns to notify him. He gave me text updates as well as photo updates regarding the progress of the job. He was very professional and courteous. My hat is off to the guys who worked on the roof until the late evening hours. My yard was left clean! Thanks to Gabby and Will as well. I will highly recommend JP Carroll and Alex and his team.

  My personally had a good experience with the roof inspector Malcolm Armati. As he gave me an overview of some of the issues that I had with my roof which I then allowed his team to come in and do some roofing for me. I was contacted by the project manager Mike Chase who came in and went over the details of what we had agreed For my project, mike and his team, we're very professional. They did a wonderful job. And they cleaned up and put everything back in place that they had moved prior to starting my project. Based on the work that they were doing for me, I was satisfied with the end results. Thank you so much. I guess I would recommend them to other people. If they were interested in a roofing project. Thank you so much.

  Just had my roof replaced by JP Carroll in Simsbury, Ct. From the moment Ben did my roof inspection, it was all positive. Anthony, the install manager and Edison, the crew leader were here bright and early the day of installation. Incredibly hard working team. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and impeccably clean. Everything was guaranteed to be done that day and it was. Ben was quick to answer all my concerns, Anthony made sure everything was perfect and Edison was in control of everything else!

  Our detached garage roof needed a full replacement, and JP did a great job. Pricing was on the expensive side, but the work was done quickly and professionally. They even fixed up some small things that weren’t included in the contract. Mike Chase and Miguel specifically were awesome.

  From our first phone call, to the sales meeting with Meredith who was incredibly knowable, and then the day of installation support from Michael we felt this was a great experience end to end at a reasonable price. The JP Carroll install crew did a great job and we are confident in the company and their promises as well as the warranty offerings. We had the added complexity of removal and reinstallation of the solar panels and that was all coordinated on our behalf and managed successfully.
