  The most expensive quote I ever had and they are very pushy. $57k vs $30K(exact same GAF Timberline materials) $20k I have for Certain Teed also the top three Asphalt Shingles. I got more knowdlege of my leaking area to cover with EPDM from my other GAF Timberline guy when I address my concern to the leaking area. Anyway my Certain Teed help me added the heat cable to the leaking area with no extract cost and he gave me the best price of $20K and he said I do not need a new roof until 3-5 years as my roof was newly done 15 years ago. Most roof company send a sales guy to me and not really knowing what is going on with my roof as they did not go up to my roof at all. My Certain Teed guy went up and took close look photos ulike others using Roof Scanning With Photogrammetry and those photos came out not as clear as the actual person being upthere. I thank you for your free estimeate and I feel that this JP Carroll over priced and also beeing too pushy for the job not honest to the homeowners just like others.

  Terrible communication, and scheduling. We needed the roof done to install solar panels, their poor communication, terrible project management cost us months. We paid them the deposit, which they told us we had to do. To then find out we were supposed to pay the deposit to the solar company. Had to have JP Carroll send us our deposit back (which took weeks) to the pay Earthlight.

  Easy process from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable people. The install went smoothly, no issues. They took great care to contain the removal of the old roof. Carefully cleaned up all areas of our yard. No mess, no nails, could hardly tell they were there. Great job.

  The entire process of getting a new roof was a fantastic experience, from Zach managing the sales and ordering process to Marvin and his crew day of. Zach was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Marvin’s crew were fast, efficient and respectful of our property including excellent clean up after. For any of my friends or family members needing a roof, I will highly recommend them.

  The guys that came to quote the job were nice and explained things and I thought I chose a good company (even though they used the book it now for extra savings tactic). The experience with the actual roofing crew was not as good. They were in a plain white van so who knows if they were day workers or not, they were not really careful about the bushes in front of my house, the trash and debris started encroaching on my neighbors yard, it took them twice as long to do the roof with minimal explanation as to why and they still had to come back an extra day to cleanup. There were things left in the yard after the clean up that were not easily missed. My back porch is unfinished and covered in marks now. There was major debris in my attic I had to cleanup. I am waiting now for a response regarding the dumpster that is still in my driveway. My project manager has been responsive but I had to be the one to reach out most of the time (like when they did not complete the work on the first day). Overall I am happy with the roof so far but not blown away by the process. Not a company I would quickly recommend.
