Jake and his crew did an amazing job on my roof replacement. Once the permit was approved, they were at my house within 2 days. I was impressed how it only took a day and they cleaned up as if they were never here.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by JAF Contracting. The price was really fair and the workers were very thorough and meticulous with the work. We really like the color and the way our home was completed. Clean up was also thorough. They all were very polite and respectful. I cannot say enough good for everyone I dealt with, from the quote to the completion the service was truly awesome.

I haven't even had my work completed yet, but I feel like I have to give Jake this review. He was one of very few contractors in the Berkshires that does what he says he is going to do. He is VERY responsive, offers fair prices and shows up early to assist you. I am 1000% confident in the work he is about to complete for me and I truly appreciate his communication and customer service skills. Very professional person and company!! I would recommended his company even before the work starts. I've seen pictures and in person jobs he had done and they are on point. Update on my review. Jake and his team have now completed my new roof. As expected, the work turned out fantastic!! He uses high quality material and is quick but thorough. I was so impressed with his work, I've already contracted him to do more. There is virtually nothing that his company can't do when it comes to homes. Please take a look at JAF before going to one of the higher priced roofing contractors. He does very quality work for a better price. To my surprise, my low price came with upgrades that would have cost a fortune elsewhere. New decking on my roof in multiple places, a vented ridge cap, plus high quality architecture shingles.

A neighbor recommended JAF to me. They were quick to provide a quote and perform the work- pricing was competitive. I have zero complaints- and just as my neighbor did for me- will recommend them to those in need of a roof.

We realized it was time to replace our roof. A few of our neighbors had JAF Roofing replace theirs. We were very impressed with their roofs and the professionalism of Jake & his team. Jake is very knowledgeable. He shared his opinion of which shingles we should go with- a great choice. His team even cleaned our gutter. We’re very happy with the job they did. We’ve already received compliments on how it looks. They were quick, careful and did a great job cleaning up. The price was very fair, too. Bill & Kirsten Wanamaker
