Horrible customer service should really check the attitude. Even when your on the phone or driving you should put your best foot forward.

Hi Dave, I've never met you or talked with you before, but it sounds like you've had a very bad day. May God bless you to have a good day tomorrow. Be well. Sincerely Josh McNutt.

Bad experience. Josh call late on Sunday. First said he was too busy and would be a while to get to me. Then suddenly he had time on a Tuesday. He showed and was very rude to my wife. I called to find out what happen, was very rude and could not wait. I would not recommend.

Sorry Ricardo for the bad experience. The truth is, I called at 6pm on Sunday. You said to look over your roof and call you with a price. When I got there, your wife said I could not go on the roof until we talked again. But you did not … More

Highly recommended. We had a couple of shingles damaged by the wind. Joshua came in the same day, inspected the entire roof, and gave a very reasonable quote. He explained the damage and repair process in detail, and did very high-quality work in fixing the roof.

We had a rusted chimney crown on our house. Josh was able to get us an estimate quickly and thoroughly described what needs to be done and what the process would look like. He was flexible with scheduling as we had to work around the weather conditions. He was able to get everything done in one day and the chimney looks great and is very well sealed. Price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

I've hired Josh for a couple of roofing inspections and fixes and I've been really happy with his dependable and thorough work - he's worth his weight in gold. In my first year of homeownership I unfortunately had to deal with many surprise fixes and I got to quickly experience the nightmare that is the post-covid tradespeople shortage over and over again. Mr. McNutt is the only contractor I've dealt with so far that returns calls consistently, shows up when he says he will, is kind and honest in his communications, and does a great job on his projects at a fair price. Thank you Josh, your reliability and respect for your customers is appreciated.
