  The attention is in the detail and there was it seems like this company lacks detail on the front and end of projects. Added costs from the front end; will find ply wood to replace to add to total project cost and tell you it was all discussed $1600 (will not talk or update during project) and gutter replacement $400 (not all gutters are gutters, super gutters don't count). May be best to deal directly with gutter company as it seems like they deal with a lot of different companies (the one I was told would do the work did not). End of project costs; new tire replacement $500 (flat tire due to nail not cleaned, new landscape $1,000 (don't why but the ladders from the company could only work on the bushes and not grass area) new artificial grass $2,500 (the company decided to mix the tar on the artificial grass instead of the drive way?) and new siding/painting costs (I guess while trampling the bushes it was hard to find a great place to land the ladder on the side of the house so they decided to scrap it up in the process). Costs that I am glad that I didn't incur where tetanus shots for my 3 kids that play in the lawn with the Easter egg hunt of roofing nails the company left behind. Not great but giving them 2 stars as I needed the project done ASAP and should have done more review and asked more questions before choosing who to go with.

  They gave horrible service, the manager is so rude and lacks communication skills. I didn’t use the service because of their attitude and unprofessionalism. The manager doesn’t know how to deal with people at all. Poor service would not recommend.

  Very disappointed. Have a very minor leak repair. Worker was late, even after calling ahead and asking if he could be early for the scheduled time for an estimate. That ended up being the least of the problem. He wasn’t wearing a mask when he came to the door. Since he has to come inside my house to see where the leak is before proceeding to the roof to repair it, I asked him if he could please put on a mask. First he says he doesn’t have one, but says he’s vaccinated so “no problem”. I said he’d still need to mask up for what would likely be all of 2 minutes inside my house. I then offered him a disposable mask, and he refused, again claiming it wasn’t necessary. So I told him without a mask, I couldn’t let him in my house. He shrugged, got back in his truck and left. When I called the office to explain the situation and possibly reschedule with maybe another worker who’d be willing to wear a mask inside for a couple minutes, ya know, in the midst of a PANDEMIC!!….the office person I spoke to was nice enough, but did not apologize for their worker, and didn’t even seem that surprised that he’d refused to wear a mask into a customer’s home. Nor did she offer to rectify the situation with another worker/appointment. I finally just said “thanks but no thanks” basically, and I’d hire another company. I wasn’t expecting anyone to be up on a roof, outside, in 90 degree weather to be masked up, but yes, to come inside my house to determine the location and extent of the leak, this is a very reasonable request while there is a serious, contagious and potentially lethal virus raging. Ward roofing showed that customer safety is not a concern. Was able to get another company out on the same day, and without asking, their estimator was masked up and even had gloves on when he entered my house. And as predicted, only needed to be inside for all of 2-3 minutes.

  you sent two of the sloppiest guys you could send. The replacement tiles are not in line with the other tiles and there is an abundance of mud that stands out from the tiles. One of the tiles did not fit and they put two pieces together …

  We were extremely happy with Joe Ward Roofing during our roof replacement. Daniel Wilson was our contact person who was there every step of the way - from the quote, permitting and installation. He made the entire process run smoothly. Deanna in the office also was a pleasure to deal with. Our roof turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

  My roof developed a leak around one of the bathroom vents. Joe Ward Enterprises sent a very professional crew out to effect the repair. As the repair was taking place the crew leader furnished me with pictures of the area prior to the repair, during the repair and the final repair. I could not be more happy with this company and their team.

  Estimate given at a reasonable time. Came to repair the roof as soon as the rains stopped. Roof looks great! Cleaned up nicely afterwards.

  We recently had a new roof installed on our home in Jupiter, Florida, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive, the workmanship was top-notch, and the crew completed the entire job within a single week (no down days) without cutting corners. The crew doing the work were very friendly and kept good control of debris which is important in a roofing job. Communication was excellent throughout the process, the inspection was completed quickly, and there were absolutely no surprise charges. It was a pleasure working with the salesperson, Dan Wilson, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. They are one of the few to offer a true five-star warranty on their work, which gave us great peace of mind.
