  They only want insurance work. Won’t even do business with you if you are paying out of pocket. Be careful. Huge red flags with this company.

  Ms. Christina C., Countrywide has serviced St. Tammany Parish for almost 30 years as an Accredited A+ member the BBB since 2004. We work with homeowners with and without insurance alike. Our team is very informative and helps our clients through this complicated process. I understand your frustration in finding a contractor as everyone is very busy at this time. It is a business decision not to write estimates for homeowners with insurance at this time due to the high volume of work. This decision was made so that we have the time to help more homeowners. Agreeing to work for what the insurance allows ensures our clients will have no additional out of pocket expense while also making sure their Carrier properly compensated them for their loss. If you choose not to share your insurance information that is your prerogative. We hope you understand our decision to not write an estimate when your insurance company has already done so. We hope you understand our decision was based off the fact you stated over the phone you had an insurance claim as a tree fell on your home.

  Chris @ Countrywide provided exceptional service every step of the way! He communicated very clearly the damage/replacement needed for the roof, helped navigated the insurance process, and ensured quality work was performed on the new roof installment. The communication, follow through, and quality of work has given me the peace of mind that the new roof will serve my family well for many years to come.

  Tony provided shingle samples, local addresses to see the varied roof colors/styles and most importantly, his patience while we took quite a long time to decide on what shingle was best for us. In addition, Tony worked with Liberty Mutual on every detail so we could get the job started. His crew? Top notch. Great people to work with.

  Most professional and kindness in a company that I haven’t seen in years! They do exactly what they say and always available for you with any questions! The entire company employees are trained so well, if they don’t have an answer they will get it for you immediately! It was an enjoyable experience even though replacing an entire roof is not easy if not done by professionals! I can’t say enough about how superior Countrywide Roofing LLC is, anyone who needs a roof should never use another company! They are there for you at any point in the process! Most importantly my roof is outstandingly beautiful because of the craftsmanship and talent of the company! I thank them because it gave me faith in the construction businesses again! I wish they were general contractors because if I ever needed anything else done, Countrywide Roofing is the business I would call! I have to thank them for restoring my way of thinking is restored on how honest, reliable, trustworthy, kindness and talent companies can be!

  Highly recommended. They helped me every step of the way dealing with my insurance company. They did my roof in one day like they said they would and were always available by phone every time I needed them. True professionals.

  Countrywide Roofing did an excellent job of dealing with our insurance company after Hurricane Ida. They convinced our insurance company that our entire roof had damage and should be replaced. The insurance company discussed the situation with Countrywide and finally agreed to replace the whole roof. Countrywide's crew arrived at my home with a full crew (approx. 10 workers) and removed and replace my roof in two days. This is a 50 square roof! My wife and I are very thankful to John and his crew at Countrywide Roofing. They were highly professional, both in their dealings with us and with the work they performed. We would highly recommend Countrywide Roofing!
