  Hi Jennifer. Unfortunately, your project ended up having a large amount of rotted/structural issues which caused the final cost to be higher. We have to follow building code and make sure the work is done per inspections. We are sorry you feel this way and by no means is it our intention for this to happen. In the construction field, there is always a possibility of discovering issues after removing old product. We are always here to help the best we can.

  Set up an appointment for a roofing replacement job. Someone called Matt from the company came a full 20 minutes late. Not even an excuse me after they arrive. Waltzed in with zero preparation. No satellite image, no costing, nothing. Then proceeded to talk in the most condescending tone possible. Basic manners were lacking. If this is the attitude in the first meeting, what will it be after the client signs? You don't care about abusing other people's time? Nooo. Thank you but no. I will take my business elsewhere.

  Hi Sukesh. This is Matt responding. I apologize if you felt my tone was condescending, not my intention at all. Also, my appointment before you ran a little longer than expected and I did call and leave you a message letting you know I was running behind. I do my best to be on time but sometimes appointments can go longer than anticipated. Without seeing your home in person, I am not able to have a cost prepared. I had not pulled a satellite image as I did not know if I would need one. They are not free and if I am able to hand measure a roof I would do so. I did offer to walk around the house and talk about the general process of doing a roof. Your wife had followed me, and we talked about a replacement or repair. I had asked if there were any issues with the roof and she responded no. I was a little confused on what would need to be repaired if there are no issues. I would have been happy to ask you if there were certain areas of concern, but we turned to talk to you, and you had gone inside. She said she would still like a replacement cost. I told her I would order the satellite image today and have an estimate for you on Monday. I gave her a brochure on shingles and discussed the different qualities. Again, I apologize for running behind and not having a cost prepared without actually seeing your home and knowing all of the details of the project.

  They came to give an estimate and said they’d be out in 3 weeks. It’s been 6 weeks now. I call and they say they can’t put me on their schedule. I would have kept looking for more bids if I knew they weren’t actually going to do the work. Wasted my time.

  With all the different roofing companies out there that was really difficult to make a decision as to which one to choose. I'm really glad that we chose Jefferson roofing because they were great from the very first contact. They were responsive, they did quality work, they did quick work, they were professional in every way.

  Jimmerson roofing had performed the job on our hail damaged roof. Ludy Garcia personally led the crew of 8 installing the roof in one day. They were here for 14 hours working to finish the job in the dark. They did just a great job of clean-up that it was like they were never here. I highly recommend Jimmerson.

  This company has exceeded my expectations from start to finish! When they first came to quote my roof, they were VERY detailed and explained it in a way that I was able to understand. They gave a good, better and best quote to give price options. They were extremely lenient with my schedule. They were able to complete my small house in one day. They were very professional and made sure they cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend Jimmerson roofing!

  This is an exceptional company. Excellent communication from start to finish. The job day was also impressive. As promised, the 7 member crew arrived and, besides a short lunch break, NEVER stopped working. Their teamwork was awesome to watch, as 6 people were on the roof and one on the ground supporting their needs. They completed the job in one day and left our yard clean and searched for stray nails with a magnet. I wish ever contractor was this great!

  We called Jimmerson Roofing to inspect our current roof and give recommendations for repair or reroofing. After a thorough on roof inspection (not a drone fly over) they pointed out the known problems, mostly aging, and the possibility of further action after they stripped away shingles and roofing material from part of the roof. We agreed to have them proceed with the neeeded work. After stripping away the shingles, the roof section of our house built in 2000 was 4x8 plywood; the 1955 roof was boards that now were warping, cracking and separating. We agreed to have them install 4x8 on the old section then install shingles on the total roof. I’m very glad they pointed out the problems of an aging roof and did all work needed to make this a complete job. Their crew was prompt to start the job on the agreed upon schedule, worked diligently essentially until sundown and returned early the next day to complete the project. They were meticulous in cleaning the work area — no phantom nails left in the driveway. We would use Jimmerson again if we need their other services. Their communication was excellent, work ethic strong, quality of work precise and pricing fair. They built their reputation on past performance, they continued with their excellence with the work on our house.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Roof Done in 1.5 Days—Perfectly. Licensed, insured, and offering extended warranties as the norm—Jimmerson Roofing delivered flawless results and fair pricing on our large roofing job. Their crew worked nonstop in 85-degree heat and left our property spotless. Though they don’t require tips, we insisted the crew have food and electrolytes to keep their energy up after working so hard in the heat. They were extremely grateful and finished our roof in just 1.5 days with meticulous workmanship. One standout moment: they discovered a rotted hole left by Dish installers 10 years prior, replaced the wood, and sent photos when finished—problem solved without involving us. Both project managers checked in throughout the day and offered creative recommendations for other home improvements, when I asked—no pressure, no upsell, just solutions. We were impressed to learn they also handle gutters, windows, doors, remodels, and more, each with dedicated project managers. We’ve already had gutters installed and are lined up for additional projects.
