  JCB put on my roof less than a year ago and has not come back to repair a damaged shingle. Extremely poor follow up . I definitely would not recommend them.

  I called JCB on Monday 9/7/2015. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 10 AM that Thursday. Everything seemed professional up to this point. Long story short, I took time off of work, and they never showed up for this meeting. When I finally got in touch with them at 10:35, they told me that we had to reschedule because their main guy wasn't in the area. I was told that he was busy at a commercial job on Hilton Head, and he didn't communicate this to his scheduler, who didn't know to tell me. When I (barely) complained about it on the phone, I was hung up on. TL;DR, they wasted several hours of my life, and they showed little remorse for it. I'll get my roof fixed from someone else.

  We called three contractors for roof replacement estimates. All three companies offered the GAF roofing systems with corresponding warranties and offered competitive estimates. JCB roofing was my last contact. The owner Bobby Meyers came to my house for the estimate and roofing review. The first half hour of his visit was reminiscing and comparing notes and experiences in our respective military services. Bobby Myers is the real deal and his company is veteran owned and operated. I went with JCB Roofing after the interview and estimate. We received the estimate contract via email within a couple days and it was easy to accept the estimate via email. Communications with JCB Roofing admin office was excellent and they kept us up to date on the scheduling of the roofing project. The project began on the 5th of Nov because of delays from the permitting authorities in beaufort county and no fault of JCB. The roofing crew arrived at around 7am and were ready to go. I counted around 12 roofers working constantly with the tear off, repair and replacement of the roof decking, and replacement of the shingles. We also had added two sunroof/tunnels into the estimate. The installation went seamlessly along with the shingles replacement. We also had a section of soffit and fascia replaced during the project. This was done during the roofing job and didn’t have to be subcontracted. The job was 95% complete by end of day with a return the next day for a walk around to insure all roofing nails and any other debris was removed. Upon payment of the invoice I was notified of the GAF Roof for Troops program and JCB assisted me in filing for the $250.00 rebate. I highly recommend JCB Roofing for any roofing projects and to spend a little more to get the ultra HDZ GAF shingles and the Golden Pledge Warranty.

  JCB is absolutely the best roofing contractor you could ever hope to find! They are FAST to respond and consistently deliver professional level service beginning with the first phone call to closing the project. Don’t waste time on obtaining quotes from others because they will beat any competition in pricing and service!

  After receiving several bids, we chose JCB to reroof our house in midtown Savannah. They did a terrific job as confirmed by my long-time, tough-to-please contractor who observed every step of the way. And regarding service after the sale? When a recent storm caused a limb to fall damaging the roof, JCB came out same day to inspect and provide a tarp; repaired it next day. Highest 5-star recommendation.

  I normally do not respond to making reviews. Because I received exceptional service with my roof replacement using JCB Roofing I am compelled to share my experience. There are so many choices available when you need a roof replacement it makes this very important decision to select a provider that does exactly what there say they will do and what you need. I cannot express enough my five star experience using JCB Roofing. They were punctual, professional, reliable, safe and took pride in their work. Other recommendations from friends and their experiences with JCB is the reason I went with them. I am confident should I experience any problem with my roof in the future, I will be able to count on Bobby Meyers and JCB to resolve any issues. This was big investment for me and it was critical decision for me to hire the right company to do the job right.

  We called JCB Roofing for an estimate on a roof leak. The roof was inspected and it was suggested that two nail holes may be responsible for the leak. The holes were covered and no payment was charged. I did pay for his lunch! Apologies for this review's late appearance. (it was hidden in my spam)

  JCB recently replaced our roof. We requested multiple quotes and they were very competitive. The care of their staff and follow up was phenomenal. One of the company leaders said something that you very rarely see in today's economy. He said "Our staff has been with us for 17 years." It showed in the care they took while replacing the roof in the heat. The employees are connected to the company and the company takes great care of them. We also love the Birchwood GAF Timberline HDZ shingles. We recommend JCB highly!

  JCB Roofing is the best company. I've had the owner, Bobby come out to our house in Savannah a few times. He is very experienced and found the leak right away. Our house is 17 years old & Bobby said we only have a year or two left at best, so he is sending me an estimate for a replacement roof. I will definitely use this company for my new roof in the near future. And thank you all at JCB Roofing for being so nice!
