I spent $25,000 on replacement windows, siding and gutters. When the job was done I was told I could not have the excess siding (14 opened/3 not opened) as they claimed he over-orders and then returns the overage to his supplier. Even had people tell him since I paid for it, it is mine. He told them they are correct and would leave the siding boxes there. Then he tells me again that he over orders and returns the overage. And tells me if I need any siding replaced I should call him for the job as he has my siding. I asked his partner and he tells me the excess siding goes to their warehouse and kept for future jobs. I felt used and cheated.

Josh and Chris have been great people to work with in regards to the fantastic sunroom and patio that they built for us. Planning was very collaborative, and the suggestions provided by Josh turned the patio better than the initial idea that I had. The communication was open for any change of plans, and the project finished on time despite delays from inclement weather. The sunroom is like a rainforest oasis during rainy days, and the sitting wall is a great combo addition to the patio that serves as a seat and safety from the sloping grade we have in our backyard. The entire build of the project overall is solid, and I’d go with JC Siding if I did this project all over again.

Josh and his team did an amazing job. His team screened in my porch. While its a small project the team did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them for all my other outdoor projects moving forward.

From the beginning until the final details were completed , Josh, Chris and the crew were a pleasure to work with. They were professional friendly and accommodating to the needs of my project which as we all know sometimes change as steps are completed. The work they do speaks for itself; my deck is well built and beautiful. It is my pleasure to recommend this company.
