I am curious to see if their employee(s) stand behind their actions and show up to KDH looking for trouble they started. This is not the best company in the area, steer clear folks.

Called to have a leak fixed on my roof. Three visits and ~900$ later my roof was still leaking. I ended up calling another company and finding out I needed a complete roof replacement. Everyone was extremely pleasant and kind on both the phone and in person and that is where the two stars are coming from. However, in three visits they never fixed my leak. I can't recommend them on that point.

Building a custom home I sent them the plans. They gave me a quote. Came out here and did their job without any hiccups any problems and with a smile on their face. Can’t ask for a better roofing company that does metal, roofing shingles, etc..Kirby and Freddy are awesome!!

I’d like to personally thank Jones Roofing for donating my father clothes and helping him after a fire took his home and all his belongings. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they have shown my family.

I had the most awesome experience with this company, from start to finish. Always on time, kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Very professional, answered all my questions. So excited with the end result, looks like a new roof. All repairs were completed to my satisfaction. If you ever need any roofing work done, I highly recommend them.

Jones Roofing was my vendor of choice for years when I was on-site community manager for a large West End active adult community. They were always quick to respond, the repairs were done efficiently for a fair price. No question... 5 star roofer!
