  We are sorry you feel this way, as we have responded to all concerns in a timely manner. Also, to help compensate for any issues, we gave multiple discounts (and sent a gift card after the fact as an apology). Also, as a half Veteran owned company, we offered to rectify the Veteran's discount issue since it was due to an oversight. It would be quite out of character for us to do those things if we did not care about customer service. While we did rectify and compensate you for the two issues, we agree they should not have happened in the first place. We will continue to learn from any mistakes to better serve our community in the future. Thank you for your feed back Mr. Hairston, we hope you have a better day.

  I have a roof/siding leakage and called them to check and repair. They came and repaired for three time and never successfully fixed the leakage. Every time, their repair people came in a rush and worked in a rush, never really carefully spent time and thought about how to effectively solve the problem. After the third time, when I figured out the same place still leaked, I called the same person for the same issue and I was told this person did not work in this company any more and not any contact point was provided to me to solve the problem. Update - I already had the leakage addressed by someone else, but I am glad Tom called back today to discuss the issue. As we discussed, this could be a problem existing between the team examining and analyzing the project and the team working on the project. The team examining and analyzing the project mostly used pictures taken from the site and might not be able to cover everything. The team working on the project seems more like following the instructions from analyzing team rather than making personal professional judgment on site. Tom understood what happened and promised they would improve the communications between teams. Considering today's following up, I would say their customer service was responsive, their analyzing team was professional, but their working team was not and the quality of this repair was not good. I adjusted my review accordingly and would like to see Tom's improvements.

  I called T&G on a Tuesday because we had a roof leak and Tom was at my house on Thursday! The service was amazing. Tom got on my roof and made repairs that same day. Usually I am shocked when I get an invoice from a contractor, but this invoice was very, very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a contractor.

  We had the best experience with T&G. They replaced the windows, siding, roof and gutters on my home. Tom was amazing to work with. Had any issues we had fixed right away. Tatyana was also so wonderful to work with. She is on top of all the scheduling and was happy to answer all my questions. The installers were all wonderful and so polite and did a fantastic job! I genuinely can not recommend this company enough! They genuinely care about tbe quality of work they provide and are quick to address any and all if your concerns. You will not be disappointed!

  You will NOT be disappointed if you hire this contractor. Tom is the best and will fix any issues down-the-road ASAP. We are so impressed by this great company who stands by their work 100%!!

  It is unfortunate that only five stars can be given in a review. The service, quality of work and promptness of T&G far exceeds Five stars. Since we have been using them several of our neighbors have also used them for a variety of services. Since we have lived in our present residence for 13 years, we have had occasions to use several roofing and gutter companies. None have compared to T&G. Without reservation, we recommend them.   Hey folk's. These guys are the real deal. They treat you like family. Very happy for the job that most of the other so called roofers could not do. Beautiful roof great materials and wonderful roof technicians they made it look easy but it was not. Highly recommend. Josh hats off!

  5/5. They replaced 9 windows that were the original windows for the house. Did so in a professional, timely manner. Were by far the cheapest compared to the competitors. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be calling them again next tax return to replace the other windows.

  We needed some repairs to our gutters and one downspout. Once the price was agreed to, it's almost like the job was completed. Seriously ecstatic. Because the next time I went out, the job had been completed . Without ever knowing that they were here. Highly recommend!
