  My husband and I are super happy with their professionalism from day one. Alexandra took the time to explain and compare different materials with us. They handled all the permits for us, and they showed up the day they said they would start. Johnny and his team arrived early and didn't leave until the job was done. They left everything clean, and our questions and concerns were always handled appropriately and answered. I'd totally recommend Jay Global to any homeowner looking for a top-notch roofing company.

  Jay Global came highly recommended to us. We had a couple leaks after a Storm and needed help. Jay and his team came in and found some damage due to wind. He helped us go through our Insurance company to submit a claim which was approved for the exterior work as well as the interior work. This was a HUGE stress relief due to our financial situation. Jay explained the whole installation process to us before , during and after. The team was professional and curtious. They stripped the roof and replaced any damaged plywood. The team had very good attention to detail and cleaned up everything very well. we are extremely happy with the results and will recommend him highly to all our family and friends.

  Amazing response. Did my research, spoke with a few companies....they know their craft. The owner herself oversees your issues which took all the anxiety out of the already tough situation. Didn't feel like I was being taken for a fool. She was honest and straightforward. No games. Use this company.

  Alexander and the team were fantastic from start to finish. They helped me understand that my roof qualified for a replacement and guided me through the entire insurance claim process. From day one, Alexander was incredibly communicative, which gave me a real sense of trust, confidence, and relief. I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what the next step was. Most of all, what I appreciated was how much Alexander helped me navigate the insurance process. She took the time to explain what was covered under my wind damage claim, what I could reasonably expect from the insurance company, and what each step of the process meant. Whenever the insurance company contacted me, she helped me understand what they were asking for and guided me on how to respond. Dealing with insurance can be complicated, stressful, and honestly pretty intimidating with all the back-and-forth, paperwork, and questions. Having someone knowledgeable to help me make sense of everything made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the process would have gone nearly as smoothly without her. Alexander and Jhony were clearly experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. Throughout the project, they explained why things needed to be done a certain way and made sure everything was installed correctly and up to code. You could tell they cared about doing the job right instead of taking shortcuts, and the craftsmanship really showed in the finished result. They didn't just replace the shingles—they made sure the entire roof was built the right way. They updated the ridge vent, installed a new roof vent, replaced the step flashing around the chimney, added plywood decking where the old roof didn't have any so the roof met current code, and replaced all of my damaged gutters. They also walked me through the different roofing color options, and I appreciated that they are GAF certified and fully insured, which gave me even more confidence in the quality of their work. T

  It still seems too good to be true how easy this whole process was! We had our entire roof replaced and paid only a $1000 insurance deductible! Everyone from the company was great to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reliable. I can’t recommend Jay Global enough!
