  I appreciate them blocking the wheelchair accessible ramp looks good for a business violating ada regulations at drs offices Rudolph town Road complex

  We sincerely apologize we never meant to intently block the entrance . The crew loaded the materials and had limited area and didn't use their best judgement. We know there is absolutely no excuses for the blocking of a handicap ramp and hope that you accept our apology for the hardship we created on you this morning.

  Didn’t show up for appointment, then told me the were weeks out. Finally showed up 5 days later after I called 4 times. They were 8,000.00 higher than the next highest bid I got. If they didn’t want to do it, all they had to do was say so I have sent at least two people to them. I’m sorry I did that and I will never ever do it again. He says I’m comparing apples to oranges. His estimate was one page. The company I went with was 8 pages , complete roof everything he mentioned and was 8,000. Less. My roof was also damaged in that storm.

  In response to your review I would like to say I am very sorry you called and made an appointment for a roof estimate and we missed it. Unfortunately our community was hit with a major storm on March 3rd prior to our appointment with you and the damages it caused to so many homes in the area took precedence over roof quotes that did not have exposed holes or wood on roofs because the rains were coming again. Our team worked 18 straight days just tarping and drying in homes and we did communicate this with you and you was very understanding to us. We thought you was ok with our service as you was very kind understanding assuring us it was ok each time we spoke. So we assume it is the cost you are having an issue with. We do not know what your other quotes are nor does it matter. If we do not have access to your insurance paperwork and are not able to see what is being claimed by the company we have no way to compare so you put us in the dark with what is happening automatically. We added to your estimate quote 55ft of facial metal and birdboxes on the left side of your home which increase the cost as well as giving you a complete tear off and replacement with valleys and pipe boots and ridgevent for ventilation. So if you compare our quote to others please check the total quote so you are comparing apples to apples and not oranges and apples.   Have called three diffrent times left two messages and even texted with them about getting my roof done. Kept getting a run around never got anyone out to even look at it. I wouldn't waste the time there are plenty of other roofing companies here in town.

I have talked to you and as I told you we are running 2 to 3 weeks out on quotes and as you have insurance involved on your metal roofing repairs I also explained to you that we follow the scope of work and do it according to the insurance paperwork that we would like to see when he comes out. You did not have it back the last time we spoke and I may have misunderstood when I asked you to let me know when you got it in. I apologize for any confusion. I did not get your message yesterday until this morning from our phone line because I was out with a family crisis and did not have access to check the phones yesterday. I am not sure who you texted I have my phone with me all the time except yesterday. We will be happy to help you we just ask to see the insurance paperwork so that we can stay within the scope of insurance work for you.

  I made an appointment for Jackson Roofing to come out and inspect my roof. When they didn't show up (2 hours after the appt time), I called. They gave an excuse as to why they didn't show up. I scheduled another appointment, and specifically asked that they let me know if they wouldn't be able to make it this time Again, another no show. There are plenty of roofing companies in the area. I won't be using this one or recommending them.

The recent storm that devastated Clarksville have been overwhelming we have been doing our best to help everyone. We can not do roof jobs in the rain or snow as the roofs are to dangerous to be on for our technicians. We truly do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

  I called Clarksville Gutter LLC first for an estimate for roof and/or gutter repair. Talked to a gentleman who said he would be out in the next couple of days to write up an estimate. Two weeks later I had not heard back. I remembered my neighbor had Jackson Roofing and Remodeling do some work about 7 years ago and he recommended them. I emailed Jackson about my gutters on Sunday Apr 8. Monday Apr 9 I got a call from a gentleman with Clarksville Gutter who said Wayne Jackson asked him to call about an estimate. I should have hung up. But I gave him my address and contact number and thought this time would be different. 1 week later hadn't heard from him either. I call Jackson R nd R on Monday Apr 16 and asked to speak to Wayne Jackson. The lady said he was busy and could call me back. I left my contact number. It is now Friday Apr 20 and have heard from no one. I am not going to tell anyone not to waste their time with this company, Im not that guy. Im sure they do great work or they wouldn't have been in business this long. I just wouldn't know myself. I have given up now. I tried.

  Jackson Roofing gave a comprehensive estimate & held true to that. From acceptance of the quote to install of the new roof & gutters was a little over a week. The result looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Jackson Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

  I had some siding coming loose and reached out to several companies, but it took days just to get an inspection. I finally contacted Jackson Roofing and Remodeling. They showed up the very next day and fixed it on the spot. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  I recently had Eddie from Jackson Roofing out to look at some tricky ice-related issues on my roof here in Clarksville. Honestly, this kind of winter weather and ice buildup isn’t something we see a lot around here, so we weren’t even sure it could be properly addressed… Eddie was incredibly upfront and honest from the start—no sugarcoating, just straight talk about what we were dealing with. Instead of giving up or saying “it just can’t be done” (which is exactly what another local roofing company told me), he stuck with it. He got creative, tried a few different approaches to work through the problem, and we kept troubleshooting together until we landed on the best fix possible. I really appreciated his persistence and problem-solving attitude. In the end, I’m pleased with how it turned out, and I feel confident the issue is handled properly thanks to his effort. If you’re dealing with a roof concern and want someone who actually cares and won’t quit on you, ask for Eddie. Highly recommend! Thank you, Eddie: you made a stressful situation so much better.

  I’ve had a gutter that has been leaking for several years called company and had it repaired three times yet still leaking. Called my roofing guy at Jackson roofing he came right out and fixed it next day. Always does an excellent job with a fair price. Would recommend him to anyone. Very friendly business.
