Terrible customer service! I had a date and time scheduled (1st job of the day) 8:30am. I called to get a time estimate of arrival at 8:15am and Arne says he had sent the crew to Virginia; that I was the 3rd job of the day, and with no apology he tried to act like that was the plan the whole time. Very unprofessional for mis-scheduling a service call then not being able to reschedule until a month later.

I’ve been a customer of Jack’s Roofing for over a decade. They have always done great repair work on both slate and asphalt for reasonable prices.

Such a refreshingly responsive and honest company. I put down a deposit but then was not able to work with them due to an issue with my existing solar panels and they sent a full refund, no questions asked. Also when we were picking …

Very good at their profession. You may have to wait a while, but it's worth the wait.

I called for a very small slate repair that needed to be completed quickly before the sale of the home. Jack's was great. They squeezed me in, did the work as promised and their price was very fair. I think that Jack's is the only company to call to repair a slate roof! THANKS JACK"S!

Jack's is the absolute best!! After being swindled out of both time and money while having the roof repaired at my previous house, I was hesitant and very cautious while choosing the company to repair the roof on my new house. I got so …

During a recent storm, a tree fell on my roof and I needed my roof replaced. I contacted Jack's Roofing Company to get an estimate for replacing my roof. They came out the next day to examine the roof and discuss options for replacement. They even made a repair on the spot to prevent any further damage before work began! The following day the foreman came and brought additional shingle samples and very patiently answered all my questions about color and variations of shingles. The work crew arrived promptly everyday and left the site clean and tidy. I LOVE my new roof and have already received compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend Jack's Roofing Company. They were friendly, professional and thorough.
