I'm not one to post reviews but when you have an issue and are seeking advice and estimates it's only fair that the company be respectful of your time and communicate properly. Unfortunately, I did not get that with this company. I have …

Unfortunately, Your household are businesses reviewers. This is the 2nd review we get from this home ( Why???? We don’t Get it ) You guys seem to be checking this company out, maybe there is some ulterior motive to writing us this review. Your roof is fairly new you should’ve called the company who installed that roof, I don’t get it why and what is the interest in writing this long paragraph???? to our company, when is NOT EVEN JOB RELATED It feels personal, but I can’t say much. But I can tell you that, Thanks GOD we work hard to develop GREAT FOUNDATION & GREAT REPUTATION through years and years of consistent development and great service. Now we are Stronger Than Ever 💪 This review IS NOT a job related.. HF

So, that was fun. I called to schedule an estimate for skylight replacement. The person I spoke to seemed great, and arranged to come by the same day. But then no one ever showed. I have no idea what quality work they do, but it would have been nice to find out!

Hello Mrs. Allen-Kingsland, we appreciate your feedback, and I understand your frustration you went through waiting for the estimator. Unfortunately, that day the Estimator picked up your call, and I was never notified because Herbert, the owner, has been searching for your name and address and couldn’t find it. Please give us a call back we will provide you with an excellent discount for this miss-understanding Please understand that our business comes from customer's quality reviews and referrals, which is a statement of the premium work we put into every project. We want to keep our customers happy. I hope you understand my point as a business owner Again I am very sorry.

The gentleman came out to take a look at the flat roof I have above my porch. Spent some time looking at it and advising me what needed to be done. Told me he would send me a quote. Never did. Called three times and no answer. Not even to tell me that he had no interest...while at the house he was touting how good of a job they do and how professional they are and how pleased I would be with their work :/ Planning on replacing my entire roof top. Guess they don’t want business, even in these uncertain times.

We at HF try our best to fulfill every customer's need, unfortunately at that time we had hard time getting our guys to work, plus Orlando the estimator that did inspect your property ( later I found out he didn't sent you the proposal ) the reason was that he became sick that week, thanks God it was NOT Covid-19 and I was never told about your estimate. But trust me we take full responsibility of this action, and we understand your frustration in finding other contractor out there to take care of that problem you had in front porch, in the other hand I really think this review was unnecessary to us, specially in this Pandemia, and the circumstances with workers, I would really appreciate if you'll be kind to update, with all your respect please help us out here, and let me know if you still looking for help, we will fix you up Thanks

Sorry, but I'm not impressed. I called the 301 number and wasn't able to leave a message. Called toll free and was able to leave a message. When I got a call back, we scheduled an estimate for between 8 and 9 a.m. on Saturday. Not a word …

We do apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. That was a particularly hectic day for us as we were dealing with a very particular client, trying to pick out colors for a new roofing & siding project, and I really couldn’t leave them unattended. That’s when I had my sales representative call you but you didn’t pick up our phone call. We absolutely do value our customers and strive to provide the excellent service that all homeowners deserve. But now with this new negative feedback we will definitely work harder to make sure we communicate better in the future ( We Estimated the project but never did any services for this client ) Thanks for your feedback.

HF Roofing is fantastic. They replaced my roof back in 2020 and did an amazing job back then. Recently they replaced My parents roof and were very attentive and upfront about each step and costs. Orlando was very thorough in helping us with all the steps. Very professional and able to answer any questions about the process. They also replaced the gutters at my parents house and did it very efficiently and helped choose what would be the best gutters needed for the location since have lots of trees. 10/10 for customer service 10/10 for professionalism 10/10 for finished project

Super quick and amazing service!!!! I cannot say enough great things about Mr Flores. I’ve had other companies try to strong arm me into a whole new roof or a bunch of add ons. Mr Flores not only fixed the issue on the spot but honestly told me my roof was in good condition. He was knowledgeable and kind. If you choose any other company than this one you are making a terrible decision!

I was extremely impressed with HF Roofing Contractor Inc., especially the level of customer service Heriberto provided. From the beginning, he took the time to show me exactly what my roof needed and, more importantly, explain why. What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. He walked me through how water flows across the roof, where the problems were coming from, and how he planned to correct them. He never rushed through an explanation and genuinely wanted to make sure I understood everything before moving forward. Heriberto is the kind of contractor you hope to find. He feels like the honest, knowledgeable neighbor who simply wants to do right by people. I never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need, and I came away from the experience feeling completely confident in his recommendations. I will absolutely hire HF Roofing Contractor Inc. again. Heriberto has earned a customer for life, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, patient, and knowledgeable roofing contractor.

This is my second roof replacement with the company after 20 years and they were outstanding! In between this time, I have referred them to family, friends and neighbors. All have spoke highly about the owner and his workers. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and produced a quality job to include clean up of my roof, driveway, deck and well as the neighbors on each side of me. The owner is polite, timely, friendly and a fair man. I highly recommend HF Roofing! I worked in the contracting field for more than 30 years and it is difficult to find an honest and great company. I have done the hard part for you. Go the HF Roofing! Tried and True 👍

After a windy night, part of my roof edge looked slightly lifted and I got worried about hidden damage. They came out quickly, secured the area first, then inspected the full roof instead of only the visible spot. I appreciated that extra caution. They found a few loose nails around the ridge and fixed them on the same visit. Scheduling was a bit tight so I had to wait a few hours for confirmation, but once they arrived, everything was handled smoothly and the roof feels stable again.

I wasn’t sure if I needed full roof replacement or just repairs, so I asked for an inspection. They carefully checked different layers and showed me where previous repairs had been done incorrectly. That honesty helped me decide to go with partial replacement only in damaged zones. The job took two days longer than expected due to weather delays, but they didn’t rush the final inspection. The roof now looks consistent, and I feel more confident about its long-term condition.
