**PSA to Arkansas homeowners** Please beware of this company and the owner Joe. My loved ones chose them to install a new roof, and it ended up leading to a lawsuit that we won! Poor service and pitiful installation- please do not do business with Joe!!

Ms.Chasteen, we take all customers concerns seriously and pride ourselves on never having a received a review such as yours in all our years in business. We respond to all warranty issues on our work in a timely manner and our service doesn't stop once the initial work is complete. We typically don't respond to third party reviews, but this review is intentionally misleading. We would've appreciated the opportunity to provide you with the customer service we are known for and pride ourselves on, rather than starting with a poor review. Id be happy to meet with you personally to discuss your issues with our company and work. I can be reached anytime by phone (501-831-5138) or email (jabroofing.exteriors@gmail.com). We recently had JAB Roofing & Exteriors replace our roof, gutters, and fascia, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joe was fantastic throughout the entire process with communication and helping push our project through from start to finish. The crew was kind, professional, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. Everything looks great, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend JAB Roofing & Exteriors to anyone needing roofing or exterior work done!

It's been two weeks since our roof installation experience with Jab Roofing. They showed up when they said they would, completed the cedar shake roof as planned, and left the site spotless.

Everyone, it is a rare day when you find a company as wonderful as this one. Our huge insurance claim was handled quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly by JAB Roofing and Exteriors. We strongly recommend this company to all. The employees were truly a joy to work with and handled our claim professionally and in a friendly manner. Joe got our entire roof replaced for us, our siding coated in fresh new paint with a perfect match and got all of our glass replaced. He took us from a moment of fear of not knowing what was going to happen to giving us hope and a feeling of confidence to final satisfaction in a job that looks better than our pre damaged state. Thank you from our entire family for all of your help! "When you don't know, GO WITH JOE!"
