  I had a scheduled appointment this morning. The estimator never showed up and didn't have the common courtesy to call me to cancel or change the appointment. I feel like they had no respect for my time.

  J Key did an adequate job installing the roof - it was what happened AFTERWARDS that was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life! They left a pallet in my driveway for days. I asked repeatedly for them to pick it up. Then I got the email that said it was gone! I came into my driveway at 10pm that night, it was very dark out, and I ran straight into the pallet. My bumper is totally dented and scraped up, but the management and J Key wouldn't even SPEAK to me about repairs. They simply threatened me with a lawsuit! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

  I can't say enough good things about J Key Roofing! On July 10, 2026, a midday storm brought down a tree that fell on my house. I had no idea what the next steps were after notifying my insurance company, but I was given a recommendation for J Key Roofing, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress free. I especially want to recognize Tina for her exceptional customer service. She was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Anytime she said she would call me back, she did. She was always quick to answer questions, kept me updated, and made sure we had the right people out to assess and help with the storm damage. She was also extremely helpful while we worked through everything with the insurance company, and her communication and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. A huge shoutout to Shawn, the project coordinator, for making everything run so smoothly. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a very overwhelming experience so much easier to navigate. I also want to recognize David and his crew for a job exceptionally well done! They completed the installation exactly as scheduled, and the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. The crew was professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail really showed, and the cleanup was flawless. They left my property looking just as neat as when they arrived. I am beyond happy with the quality of the work and the outstanding customer service I received. Everyone at J Key Roofing went above and beyond, and it truly shows. I would absolutely recommend J Key Roofing to anyone needing roofing services.   I live in a 9000 square foot home and J Key put a new roof on our home which couldn’t be done in one day. They knocked it out. finding many issues with the original roof and offering repairs to our screened in back porch top. Very qualified professions and cost effective. Fair pricing with excellent communication and thorough clean up afterward. Highly recommend J Key!

  After calling J Key to get my roof inspected their response was in a timely manner. Daniel Wical came to inspect my roof was on time very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what was wrong with my roof that I could understand. Daniel assessed me with speaking to my insurance company. Prompt service on getting my roof replaced very easy process due to Daniel, I want to thank him for being available for the process from being to end.   We desperately needed gutters for our home. Austin was very professional and helpful through the while process. Even had a chance to take advantage of me and replace the facia but when they got in to replace it they notice it did not need replacing and helped me save some money!
