  Don't bother calling. No customer service on return calls regarding new business. Three times with no call back. They obviously have enough business. A call back regardless is called "Good customer service".

  Called to set up an estimate dude calls back says I'll call you wendsday to set up a time has me sitting here all day never calls never shows and over a week later when I call back dude wants to tell me he was here and on my roof first off that's a blatant lie my roof is 4 different heights and I have two 60 lbs huskies no one was ever at my house dude continued to lie and then just threw out 18000 racks I know he never looked at the roof because the 2 estimated beforehand for what I wanted done were 6k definitely do not take any estimate this place gives you as what a fair amount will be for the job!

  The whole team worked well to help replace my roof after it took storm damage and as a first time home owner, I’m thankful they made the process so simple. My new roof looks amazing and they did it all in a day. Friendly service and understanding throughout the whole process. Absolutely recommend

  Came home from vacation to find damage from roof leaks. Based on reviews input I called J Hardie Construction to come out and check it. Response was quick and thorough. I needed a new roof. I was contacted by John and he gave a thorough examination and followed with a quote that was VERY in-depth and cost was very competitive. Leading up to install I had several conversations with John, always to my satisfaction. Install was within a short period. Workers arrived at 7:00 and worked nonstop until 4:30 when it was finished. John and Mr. Hardee then completed the interior drywall repairs. Upon completion, cleanup was excellent, not a single nail or debris was found. Everything interaction with Jeff, John, or the crew was easy and pleasant. Workmanship was flawless. Definitely would recommend this company.

  We had ice dam problem and tried for a week to get someone to help us. Called J Hardie, talked to the owner, got a return call within an hour from a work crew who was at my place in 2 hours. They took care of our problem and the leak stopped. I am very grateful and may call them back to put up some heat tape to prevent this from happening again.

  "Fantastic experience from start to finish. They replaced our skylights with great attention to detail and for a really fair price. They also helped knock out a few other home projects I’d been putting off, and the quality was just as solid. You can tell they actually care about their work — highly recommend."

  Jeff Hardie Construction did a GREAT Job on my Roof. I have a Historical home in Poland, Ohio that had a saggy roof. I talked to many contractors to find the one that I trusted to straighten the roof while maintaining its historical integrity. Jeff was the only contractor that immediately told me what he would do, and more importantly why he would do it his way. Jeff and his crew do Quality work, are friendly, and respect your property. I am Very Glad I Chose Jeff Hardie Construction, and you Will Be Too !!!
