One star is way too much to give Jesse Ladart. This clown has been arrested numerous times over past couple years for fraud and issuing worthless checks and he has more charges coming. Come to find out he has stolen from numerous people. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!! Look up his record on OPSO and do research for yourself. We should have done research ourselves before paying him in advance. Took the money and 9 months later, no roof and no money to refund. Do not make mistake we did.

Does not keep his word. Delay in replacing roof caused more damage to my ceiling. He said he would submit a supplement for insurance and never did. I would never recommend him.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on J & W Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
