  You guys are to good for a STOP sign, so you run it and cut off cars with the right of way, I can’t speak for the quality of your work but if you drive this badly and almost cause a wreck.

  On August 21th my husband contacted NELA Roofing because on the 20th storm caused damage to our garage roof , We had tree removed leaving huge holes ( of course we knew that would happen) on Monday Aug 25 our Insurance adjuster came out- Nela guys came out Tuesday the 26th (2men) who stated they would tarp the roof , but kept asking if we heard back from the insurance company which just came the day before. As we all know there is that dreaded wait time. The men left to get tarp but called and said their bosses CC wasn't working and they would be back in 24 to 48 hours ..So it took them 5days to come out and as of today Aug 29th they HAVE NOT BEEN BACK nor PHONED US. 5star Company? I don't think so. We got it tarped with another Roofing Company yesterday ( Thursday Aug 28th 2025) before the storm came through. Bad communication, lack of motivation of roofers. Do better NELA ROOFING *Pictures are of damage before tree removal but you can see we needed something to cover and protect to not have further damage.

  Very disrespectful roofing crew. Hollering at every woman walking by for an evening walk. They don't care about you, just that money.

  What a mess. Water damage from a new roof. Roof isn't to code! Shady sales process that was hard to understand. Highly recommend Ducote Roofing. I wish I had gone with them first.

  I cannot recommend this company. Initially, I was informed about a referral program that guaranteed a $1,000 check once the account was settled. This was presented as a certainty, not a possibility. However, when it came time to sign the contract, I was told they couldn’t afford to give me the full referral amount, despite the job costing over $18,000. Ultimately, they offered me only $300. When the roofers arrived, they completed the job in just six hours, but they left significant gaps between the decking and fascia. Along with soft spots that I was informed I had beforehand. It took three different workers to acknowledge that this oversight was their responsibility. Unfortunately, they informed me that without an additional payment of $5,000, they could basically hide it for another $1,500.

  There was some damage done to my house during a storm but the insurance paid very little. I then had more damage come from ice storm i was very reluctant to deal with some again but Megan came to made me feel comfortable and willing to continue to get my roof fixed. Not only was I pleased but we have a great relationship. Nea The back sitting right down on the chair NELA Roofing and Megan will truly work for you to fix your problems. They Showed me much love. I truly appreciate them and their work. I recommend NELA Roofing and Megan for your housing needs.

  NELA roofing is the real deal when it comes to roofing. From every detail they are there with you all the way. From helping file your claim to shingle colors NELA roofing is there. And I have to say Megan is by far the best to work with. Megan was there to answer any question and would never leave you hanging. By far she is the best to work with. The NELA crew showed up at 6am and by 2 pm were gone and my roof was completed to perfection. I can’t say enough good about NELA roofing. I’d definitely use them again. Trust me when I say they are legit !!!

  Update: Nela came out and redone everything wrong at no extra cost to us. The entire crew that originally replace our roof isn't with them anymore. They are probably going behind that crew on a lot of projects. I can see visually that it is better. And they really listened. The rest of my review is old. I am leaving it to let people know how dedicated to their customers they are. Old review..... (It looks good until you see old holes they just covered up. They been out 3 times to "fix" the leak. But I am looking at water in plastic from an eave we need to replace from water damage. I ask them if they fix unseen damage damage and I was assured they do. But they didn't. Just covered it all up. My painters said there is no way they didn't see it. Reading the contract, we did agree to pay $60. Per ply if needed to fix damages).

  The young lady who helped me with my roof is Megan. She is very nice also very professional, and to the point at getting the job done. She was encouraging when there was a delay due to weather and reassuring that the work would be done. A thank you to her and your company.

  We had a great experience with NELA Roofing and our project manager, Megan Malespin. After our insurance claim was denied twice, Megan never gave up and continued fighting for us until we were approved for a full roof replacement. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond for my brother and me. The roofing crew worked hard, was professional, and did an excellent job. We love our new roof! If you need a contractor who will work hard for you and stand by your side through the insurance process, I highly recommend Megan and NELA Roofing.

  PSA: Get you a Megan❤️❤️ Thank you Megan for all of your hard work and dedication. You’re the best and your professionalism!! My new roof looks amazing. When you’re frustrated cause your insurance company denied you three times and about to give up. Megan, came through and got insurance company to approve for me to receive a new roof. The contractor (Roofers) were there very early and they worked hard to get the job completed and the clean up crews were awesome. Thank you again Megan @ NELA Roofing for your services and support.

  Donnie Sullivan went above and beyond in customer service. He made sure to explain the insurance process. He came and helped make sure my roof wasn't leaking anymore until I was able to get a new one. Highly recommend him!

  With all the local ice storm damage, I was pleasantly surprised that Michael Land @ Nela Roofing was able to come out the day after I called for an inspection and estimate for my roof. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided honest, quality personal customer service by patiently answering all my questions and reassurance that the repairs would be done right!
