  We spoke with two different people with this company. Each one said they would give us an estimate. The first one dropped the ball after coming by the house, and the second one guaranteed us that he would not let us slip through the cracks and would even give us a good deal since they dropped the ball the first time. We never heard back from him. So when we had to reach out to him, he said they wouldn't be able to make our repairs unless they replaced our entire BRAND NEW roof. Basically, because they had other higher paying jobs going on, they didn't want to take the time to only install new flashing or even reach back out to us after we waited on them twice. Very unprofessional.

  Whitni, I am sorry, but we didnt do your "BRAND NEW" roof! Why dont you sling mud at the bad roofer you just hired instead of us? You give us a 1 star rating to hurt us and we did nothing but waste hours of our time driving and evaluating your roof for free! No cost to you and we explained you have ALOT of wall to roof flashing completely missing or done wrong, but the pictures show even the adjacent slopes are out of line, show too much reveal and not enough reveal, there was simply too many issues to be prudent for us to inherit your problems when we did not cause them. You think wall to roof flashing is not big deal and you are wrong again it requires WALL AND ROOF work to do properly and that is very costly - sorry you have ALOT of that flashing work needed. This post should be a WARNING to anyone tempted to save money using these shade tree roofers that will not back up their work! Quality roofers like us and other licensed, insured local roofers have to deal with this horrible outcome all to often. Sometimes its just a bad deal and I pray you can get resolution, I feel bad for you, however, I stand by my decision to NOT repair your BAD ROOF. Its obvious I made the right choice especially in light of this 1 star review when all we did is spend valuable time trying to evaluate and help you. I understand you are angry at the situation and I forgive you. Good luck

  Company failed to complete job with proper, quality workmanship. Horrible clean-up job. Job was totally rushed. Workers rushing caused damage, not correct workmanship and proper outcome. Was told they always had #1 guy to come back after job done to correct any discrepancies. Problem was, the # 1 man could not perform corrections the needed for the competent & necessary repairs The drip edge could not to installed on a correct 90 degree angle. It was cut and bent improperly which subjected it to water penetration and possible water and rotten facia board damage. Many attempts were attempted to correct the issues with no avail. Flashing on chimney was ridiculously crooked and bent. After installing the roof, the No. 1 man in charge of fixing the descreptices, had spilled orange marking dye-type substance all over my roof(pic include)When I asked if that would come off, he replied that if did not, he would replace the affected shingles. Really? This company also failed to properly remove all old felt, inspect visibly the decking and properly install the Ivtek moisture barrier on the roof deck. When mentioned to owner, Daryl he stated they don’t do that. They inspect the decking prior to reinstalling the moisture barrier & new shingles. Really? How? I thought in order to inspect the decking, you needed to visually inspect. The 2 dormers on my roof were installed hardie-plank. It is my belief that NO moisture barrier was properly placed on my dormers prior to installing the HP siding. Now, I have to deal with the possibilities on water penetration into my home thereby causing more damage once more. Also, as I inspection the soffits, I noticed that the worker over nailed form the Top of my roof into the soffits and facia boards therefore totally missing the intended boards for securing. Now, underneath my eves, you can see various nails which missed its intended target and is clearly visible to plain sight. This looks like low-skilled poor workmanship, to say the lea

  James Shadow? I want everybody to know that Todd Baudin of Cottonport is simply a deadbeat customer that has not paid a single penny towards your huge re-roof and dormer rebuild project. Bet you cannot look in the mirror nor sleep at night its obvious why you are all alone in that big place. Never in thousands of roofs have we encountered a customer that is such a LIAR. We have provided superior workmanship PER OUR CONTRACT with you AND we have so many pictures before, during and after along with numerous witnesses that prove you are wrong. Not only will we get summary judgement for full payment, we will pursue every avenue to make you also pay for this malicious assault of libel and defamation against us.

  WORST ROOF REPAIR EVER. Will not come back and complete the job. They did the first replacement then tree damage. Did not install rain diverter, trim shingles, put a drip edge etc, just continue to send me a past due invoice? Really, finish your jobs.

  Melody, we have continued to try to reach out to you without success. This review is not accurate and totally unfair. We have done everything and more that we were hired to do. You had other roofers on the roof before and after we replaced the front gables. We corrected some of the bad work and did not charge you. We determined the leaks on the back side of the roof which we were never hired to do and quoted you $800 to repair someone else's work which we completed and you still have never paid. The shame of it is that a person such as yourself can leave negative review with little to no recourse while such review affects a business today in a major way. I remind you that the law does allow us to pursue libel, slander and malicious defamation case against you. I urge you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before we proceed with such a case.

  I called Rain Tight for a quote. A guy came to our house and got on the roof. He said that someone else would be contacting me about an amount and to look also. I never heard from anyone. Never received a phone call or anything.

  I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof. We had hail damage on our roof and Micah at WeatherPro works with us throughout the insurance process. They made the whole experience from getting the materials delivered to get everything cleaned up after the installation a breeze. They even helped us when the bus came to pick up our kids. Can't praise this team enough for the level of care they bring throughout the entire process.

  Weather Pro Roofing, field Representative, Ira Barger, performed our initial roof inspection demonstrating great industry skill and knowledge. He eliminated any stress or concern with his availability, handling all the paper work, which included, as required by the house insurance companies, that you have a roofing contractor’s Inspector inspect the residential roof for wind or hail Damage before they will assign their insurance adjuster to your roofing claim. Ira was assisted by the owner, Daryl, production manager Hans, and the professional and talented staff and crew. Ira is a Pro. The job was coordinated and handled with efficiency eliminating any stress or concern. The job was handled professionally, with consideration, great efficiency, and with simple communication from all parties. Thank you Ira Barger for you kindness and conscientious efforts to coordinate this undertaking for my wife and I.

  Job was completed quickly. The crew was very thorough cleaning up after they were done. My wife and I are pleased. (I let Hans pick the shingle color. The shingles he picked really gave the house a updated look).

  So thankful for Weather Pro Roofing. My home owners insurance was trying to make me get a new roof. I called roofing companies for estimates and I realized I couldn’t afford a roof. Mr. Daryl Taylor and his guys came out to give me an estimate and realized all it needed was cleaning. They cleaned it and made it look almost new. We even talked about putting a seal on it to make it last even longer. I can’t thank Mr Daryl Taylor and everyone at Weather Pro Roofing enough. Call them they can help you too!!
