J&M Elite Contractors

The only one or two-star review we hold for J&M Elite Contractors.

Not reliable at all. They canceled on me twice. Jodi was very nice on the phone initially. But did not show up as we scheduled. I called from my phone she never picked, then my husband called from his phone she picked up. And she rescheduled with my husband, never showed up or called back. No respect for people's time. I ended up calling another company. Which was a blessing. If you want roof work done. Please do not call this company if your time is precious to you.

Good evening Pearl, We appreciate your review though you were not happy with our services. We apologize for not being able to accommodate your tight timeline for that appointment. We tried the best we could to get you “fit” into our packed schedule. This is not the norm for our company. We hold ourselves to very high standards when it comes to customer service & our level of workmanship. We are sorry that your experience wasn’t what we normally deliver to all of our customers. We are glad that you were able to get another company there for the estimate. Again our apologies for not providing you with our normal top notch customer service. There is always room for improvement and we will evaluate this review with everyone on our team.

Hello J&M Elite Contractors, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding work you did on my roof. As a husband-and-wife team, you brought a level of care, professionalism, and personal attention that truly stood out. I especially appreciated that you were able to locate the Williamsburg slate roofing tiles, and that the work was completed with the owner onsite much of the time. Your crew was respectful of my property, kept the work area clean, and did a great job protecting my yard, bushes, and most importantly my father’s memorial tree near the house. Your pricing was very reasonable for New Jersey, and I also want to recognize your integrity—your estimate is exactly what I paid, with no hidden extras or surprises. I’m genuinely happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience, and I’ll be glad to recommend J&M Elite Contractors to others looking for a reliable local roofing company—especially for more complex rooflines like octagonal homes. Thank you again, and I wish you continued success. Warm regards, Wendy

J&M Elite Contractor did a fabulous job replacing all the roofs on our church complex. This included 4 flat roofs and the shingled roof on the main sanctuary. All the work was extremely well done. The area was always clean and safely managed . The crew was excellent to work with and all work was completed on budget and on schedule. I highly recommend J&M M Elite Contractor for all your roofing needs.

J&M Elite are the best! We had a long time leaky siding issue that we just discovered. We emailed about 7 contractors in the area. That was about 3 weeks ago. They replied to me IMMEDIATELY (to this day, nobody else has replied!). Joni and Mark are both a pleasure to deal with. Mark is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He came by immediately on the weekend to assess our issue and we got a detailed quote the next day. Scheduled it for a week or so later. They came today and they were done in 4 hours! They showed me the extra things they did to make sure it will NEVER happen again!!! All of the workers were nice and they cleaned up like they were never even here! There was no additional work or materials needed so the price was exactly what they quoted us initially (before Mark could even see the extent of the damage). I will use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat! From start to finish, everyone was professional and took pride in their work and their reputation. Don’t hesitate to call them if you have roofing/siding work to be done!!!! Thank you Joni and Mark!!!

I highly recommend J&M Elite Contractors for roof repairs at my shop. From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, their communication was excellent. They provided a detailed, transparent quote with no hidden fees. The crew arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and did a phenomenal job cleaning up (they even used a magnet to ensure no nails were left in the driveway.) Joni and Mark took the time to follow up to make sure everything was good. Mark also had to replace gable vents at my house, and his guys are very knowledgeable and polite. The job came out exactly as I requested it to be done. Thank you for the excellent service provided.

We chose J&M Elite Contractors for a major exterior renovation, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the very first meeting, their professionalism and attention to detail were obvious. They delivered exceptional workmanship, completed the project on time and on budget, and communicated clearly with both my wife and me throughout the entire process. What truly set them apart was how seamlessly they coordinated with our HOA and township, handling all requirements and approvals without adding stress on our end. Beyond the roofing and siding, they also converted our garage door from a double to a single, installed new exterior lighting, and made several necessary repairs to the house. Every task was completed with care, precision, and a clear commitment to quality. Their team of craftsmen takes pride in their individual work, works well together, and, most importantly, truly respects the homeowner's requests- no matter how small. One of the most impressive aspects of the project was their ability to manage the temporary removal and reinstallation of our solar panels while completing the roof—something many contractors won’t even touch. Their team approached it confidently and responsibly, ensuring everything was restored perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely customer-focused contractor. Truly, Joni and Mark made a difficult, large renovation and roof replacement as easy and carefree as they could for us! A remarkable team we would sincerely wish to thank from the bottom of our hearts!

J & M Elite Contractors recently finished a cedar siding job at our home, and we would highly recommend them. From our initial consultation with Mark to discuss the project to the completion of the work, everything progressed smoothly. Mark and his crew are perfectionists, and Joni was very helpful with a quick response to any questions or concerns. Their pricing was fair and honest, and we are very happy that we chose J & M Elite for our siding project.
