Mary and her team were great! It took less than a week from scheduling to completion for them to repair our flat roof. They did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and answering my questions. We would highly recommend!

J&B recently completed my roof and gutters; I was impressed from start to finish. Mary was incredibly responsive, extremely organized and made the decision process easy by providing samples so I could visualize the look, feel, and color options available. They took the time to clearly explain the differences between products and their uses. This was especially valuable for someone like me who isn’t an expert and wouldn’t know what to look for. The transparency with pricing put me at ease. Unlike some companies that advertise providing a couple sheets of plywood, only to later add hidden charges for the removal and installation of the plywood. They were informative without ever being pushy. Mary clearly explains everything upfront so there are no unexpected fees at the end. When temperatures suddenly dropped, they adjusted to have the optimal installation conditions. Then, anticipating rain the following day, they stayed late to make sure everything was complete and secure against water damage. During installation they had someone walk the property and ensure debris didn’t blow into neighboring yards or the street. The crew was also very careful when removing old shingles, taking precautions to avoid damaging my plants, window screens, or siding. The cleanup afterward was meticulous. This company operates like a symphony, organized, efficient, and clearly experienced. If you’re considering roofing or gutters or any job, stop looking, you’ve found the right team for the job. I can’t wait to do my siding next!

Thank you so much for this incredible review! Mary and the entire crew will be thrilled to hear it. We take a lot of pride in being upfront with pricing, careful with your property, and ready to adjust when the weather throws us a curveball — so it means a lot that you noticed. Can't wait to take care of your siding next. Thank you for trusting J&B! — The J&B Home Renovations Team

Finding reliable contractors has been a challenge in recent years. Prices have skyrocketed while quality, in my experience, has often gone downhill. When a handyman charges more than a surgeon, something feels off. I came across J&B through a Google search, and I’m glad I did. They’re a family-owned business, run by a wonderful couple who treat every project as if they were working on their own home. They’ve been consistently responsive and willing to help with anything I’ve needed. So far, I’ve hired them for three projects: 1. Complete roof replacement – flawless work, everything handled professionally. 2. Patio project – a complex job, but they delivered excellent results. 3. Drywall replacement, new baseboards, and painting – I tend to be picky about details, and I can always find imperfections, but the finish looks great. J&B is a rare find. I already have two more projects lined up, and they’ll be the first company I call for any future needs.
