  Deceptive and intrusive advertising. I came home to find a large, bright orange notice glued to my front door that read “Damage Reported” in bold letters. Naturally, I assumed it was an official notice—possibly from the city or a utility company. Instead, it turned out to be a misleading advertisement for a roofing company. This kind of fear-based marketing is not just tacky—it’s predatory. Reputable businesses don’t resort to tactics designed to alarm homeowners into calling. If every company did this, our neighborhoods would be plastered with fake warnings. I won’t do business with a company that leads with manipulation. Do better.

Our intention was never to alarm or mislead you. The “Damage Reported” tag is part of an educational outreach we do in storm-affected areas, where verified wind or hail damage has recently occurred. We use AI-powered drone technology to assist homeowners in identifying damage that often goes unseen until it leads to costly repairs. This outreach is as much a public service as it is a business effort — and yes, we absolutely appreciate the opportunity to earn someone's business, but only when it's appropriate and legitimate. That said, we completely understand how the format of the notice might have been mistaken for something official, and we’re taking that feedback to heart. Many of your neighbors have been grateful for the heads-up and the complimentary inspections we’ve provided, but we certainly don’t want anyone to feel pressured or uncomfortable. If we overlooked your "No Soliciting" sign, we sincerely apologize — that was not our intention and we’ve reminded our team to be extra mindful of that moving forward.   Third day in a row of having these people walking up and down our street, ringing our doorbell daily…. Swears they aren’t selling anything but asking us about windows and roofs. Very unprofessional and quite annoying.

  Garbage business uses lazy advertising tactics. Sends an old man out in 90+ degree weather to TAPE a shady advert to area homes, regardless of no trespassing and no soliciting signs. Why would I trust this company to look at my roof when they can't even read an instruction posted 6 inches in front of their face? Garbage people, garbage company. Edit after company reply: The letter taped to my door is a form letter advertising the business. There is no mention of nearby work. See full letter in photos and note the blatant dishonesty of the company.

  Mr. Harris, Our letter was just letting you know that we would be working on your neighbor's home as a convenience because roofing can be a little noisy and messy at the time of removal and install. The note about the inspection and we see some damage on your roof is just a courtesy. The damage we see might actually cause a leak if its not already leaking. I'm very sorry that you we made you upset! We truly have the best intentions.

  Terry, we are very sad but not surprised that you'd leave such a review considering you've never been our customer, we were considering being your customer for your video services. To be totally frank, we found you to be very crude, unprofessional and the hounding text messages from you to be very vulgar. I wish I could post a screen shot of them here for all to see. Because of your childish behavior and school yard antics, it's no wonder you have no Google listing for your business and your reviews are turned off on Facebook, because I'm sure that there are others who you treated as poorly as you treated us that would to leave you a scathing and justified 1 star review. Why don't you man up, take this fake and false review down and realize that you're not going to get every piece of business that you try for. That's called life.

  I caught Zach while he was servicing my neighbor. He quickly flew the drone over my house, found the open spot where the shingles that were laying in my yard belonged, and repaired it within 20 minutes AT NO CHARGE!!!! He’s kind, skilled and friendly!!! Men like him make the world a better place. Thank you and God bless you Zach!!!

  Zach came out to check on both my personal residence and rental property, and he was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he really cares about what he does and takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Zach and RS5 LLC.

  I had a really good experience with RS Five. Dan Kisiel walked me through the whole process in a way that actually made sense. Super easy to work with. My kids also thought the drone was so cool when he flew it to show us the roof. Now they want their own. Overall, smooth experience and I definitely recommend RS Five and Dan to anyone needing roofing/gutter work.
