  We had a great experience with this roofing company on more than one home. They replaced a roof for us in the past, and later helped with a roof leak repair at our newer house at no charge, which really showed their honesty and customer care. Most recently, after a busy hail season in Chicago, we had them install a new roof on our current home. Theodore was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He even met with our insurance adjuster to help make sure everything was handled properly and that we were fully taken care of. The roofing crew did an excellent job with the roof installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up the property so well that the yard looked spotless when they finished. A few days after the new shingles were installed, we had very strong winds and a couple of shingles came loose before they had fully sealed, which can happen. We called Theodore, and the team came out the very next day to fix it right away. Their quick response, professional service, and quality roofing work made the whole process easy. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend them for roof replacement, storm damage repairs, leak repairs, and any other roofing needs.

  Thomas Family Roofing responded very fast when I asked for help with a roof leak at our rental property in Chicago. Leonard came out, checked the problem area, and even tried a temporary patch during the inspection at no extra charge. He explained the roofing options in simple terms and gave us fair estimates for both a smaller repair approach and a full roof replacement, which really helped us plan. When the patch did not fully solve the leak, we moved forward with the full replacement, and the whole project was finished in less than two weeks.   Thomas Family Roofing has completed around 13 roofing projects for us over the years, along with many smaller roof patch and repair jobs. We have compared their roofing quote with other contractors more than once, and they have consistently come in at a better price. Even so, the lower cost never meant lower quality. Their roof work has always been solid, professional, and dependable. One project was a small metal roof on a narrow older home. They gave us a fair estimate, but after the roofing materials arrived, they found a measurement conversion error that meant the job should have been priced a little higher. Even though the mistake was on their side, they were ready to cover the extra material cost themselves. That showed real honesty and strong values. We chose to pay the corrected amount because it was clear they were being upfront and fair through the whole process. It is hard to find a roofing contractor with that kind of integrity, reasonable pricing, and consistent workmanship. Their honest approach, reliable service, and quality roof installation and repair work are exactly why we continue to trust them.

  I highly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof work. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knew their trade well. I have two commercial buildings with metal roofing in Chicago that needed repairs and service, and the whole project was handled very well from start to finish. Leonard and Dale were the main people I worked with, and they did a great job with the estimate, scheduling, project coordination, and final roof walk-through. Thomas Family Roofing did a fantastic job, and the crew finished the new roof in just one day. Leonard and the team carefully protected our property during tear-off, and the cleanup was spotless. On installation day, theodore was on site directing the roofing crew and making sure every step was handled the right way. The crew was skilled, polite, and finished the roof replacement in one day. We also had them install new gutters and gutter screens, and that part of the job was done with the same care and attention. zachary stopped by to check on the progress and make sure we were satisfied, and dale also helped keep everything moving smoothly.
