After strong winds damaged part of our fascia and soffit, we called for roofing help and got a fast response from Isaac. He asked us to send a few photos and gave us a clear estimate for the repair. When we called back with more questions, he was easy to reach and always got back to us quickly. He came out the very next day and fixed the fascia and soffit before more rain and wind moved into Skokie. While he was on the roof and around the lower edge of the home, he also checked the nearby trim, roofline, and other soffit sections to make sure nothing else was loose or at risk. Isaac was friendly, polite, and professional, and the repair work was done really well. We highly recommend them for roofing, fascia, soffit, and other exterior home repair work.

Huge thanks to Santiago, Walter, Isaac, and the whole roofing crew for the excellent service. They took time to explain every step of the roof repair process, the paperwork, and the insurance claim in a clear and simple way. The team was dependable, showed up on time, and completed the roofing work exactly as promised. They really went above and beyond our expectations, from the first inspection to the final cleanup. By the end of the project, they felt like family, and we were honestly sad to see them go. We even shared their number with a friend who had a small roof leak, and they came out right away to help. Just wow. As someone who works in education, I would give this roofing company 100%, an A+, and 5 stars.

Frank was excellent to work with on our roofing project. From the first call to the final cleanup, communication was quick, clear, and professional. He explained each part of the roof replacement in simple terms, answered our questions, and gave helpful recommendations about the best roofing materials, ventilation, skylights, fascia, soffits, and chimney flashing. The crew from Simmons Family Roofing & Construction was hardworking, respectful, and very organized throughout the whole job. They kept the work area neat each day, cleaned up carefully every evening, and even used magnets after the project was finished to pick up stray nails and protect the property. The entire roofing process felt smooth, well managed, and efficient. Everything that was promised was met or even exceeded, and the quality of the workmanship really stood out. We are very happy with how the new roof, updated soffits and fascia, improved venting, skylight replacement, and chimney flashing all came together. I highly recommend Frank and the team for any roofing or exterior repair work.

Simmons Family Roofing & Construction replaced our old shingle roof with a new Galvalume standing seam metal roof, and the whole project turned out great. We compared a few quotes from other roofing contractors, and the pricing was very fair and competitive for the quality of work. Blake was our sales contact, and from the first call through the final walkthrough, he stayed responsive, answered our questions clearly, and helped us feel confident about each step. On a bigger roofing job, especially on an older home, small issues can come up, but what matters most is how the crew handles them. Any time we had a concern, it was addressed quickly and professionally, and that gave us a lot of peace of mind. The roof tear-off, material delivery, and metal roof installation were handled with care, and the finished roof looks excellent. We also appreciated the attention to detail around the flashing, clean up, and overall workmanship. The new roof not only looks sharp, but it also feels like a solid long-term upgrade for our home. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to friends and family. If we need more roofing or exterior work in the future, we would be happy to hire them again.

when we noticed some shingles coming off, we realized it was time for a new roof. we got a few quotes from different roofing companies in skokie and ended up choosing this team. they weren't the lowest price, but the difference wasn't much and they really seemed to care about using good materials. carter was the roofer who helped us and he was super friendly, always kept us updated, and made sure we understood everything. the crew finished the job when they said they would, and they cleaned up the yard really well after the work was done. i'd definitely recommend these roofers to anyone in skokie looking for a quality job.

Curtis, Easton, and Jerome did a great job replacing missing and damaged slate tiles, installing new copper flashing around the chimneys, adding fresh crowns and caps to two chimneys, and putting on a copper ridgeline. They also took extra care when removing the old antique lightning rods. The team handled our tricky, older slate roof that had cedar shingles underneath with skill and know-how. Their experience with historic slate roofs really showed. They also went above and beyond with some thoughtful extras to make sure the work was top notch. Curtis and Jerome were always on time and paid close attention to the details. I highly recommend this roofing crew.

The team replaced my roof and gutters recently, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The new roof looks fantastic and the job was finished in just one day. They made sure to clean up thoroughly after the work was done, leaving my property spotless. Carter was the lead on the project, and he did an excellent job explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable with the process. The materials and workmanship were both first-rate, and the warranty on the roofing gives me great peace of mind. Every member of the crew worked hard and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Skokie who needs a new roof. Carter and Isaac were especially patient with all my questions and their professional approach made everything easy. This is a top-notch roofing company!

I had a leak in my roof and decided to reach out to a local roofing company. Jerome helped me from start to finish, starting with a thorough inspection, helping me talk to my insurance company, and going over different roofing options and upgrades. On installation day, the crew did great work, and Jerome even followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything. The team really showed professionalism and took good care of my home. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Outstanding service and top-notch roofing work! Walter, Curtis, Isaac, and the whole team were extremely helpful, always available, and truly accommodating throughout the entire process. I had been dealing with a persistent roof leak ever since we moved into our home in Skokie, and it was getting really frustrating. Walter quickly found the source of the problem, and both he and Curtis shared their roofing expertise and guided me through every step. The leak is finally fixed, and my roof is now in excellent condition! I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone in Skokie or nearby areas. My neighbor even scheduled his roof repair after seeing how well my job was done. Their knowledge and professionalism truly stand out in the roofing industry!

Simmons Family Roofing & Construction replaced the old roofing on my house and garage, taking everything down to the wood. Some damaged sheeting on my garage was fixed and all new sheeting was put on the house. They also installed six roof vents and finished everything off with new shingles on both buildings. The crew showed up early in the morning and completed the entire job, including cleanup, by the evening. Communication was excellent, the price was fair with no hidden fees, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The quality of the roofing work really stood out. Special thanks to Curtis for being so professional and making sure everything went perfectly from start to finish. Super service!

After spending a lot of money with another roofing company and still having leaks, I was relieved to find Simmons Family Roofing & Construction. Walter came out to my home in Skokie, took a close look at the situation, and carefully documented everything with photos. He explained the issues clearly and got right to work on the repairs. Since then, my roof has held up perfectly, even with all the heavy rain we’ve had lately. It’s not easy to find roofers you can really trust, but I am very happy with the quality and honesty I experienced here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable roofing work.
