  Roof job was done very well but they tore up my yard removing there trailer. The had someone lay sod but did not even out the yard where there is a trip hazard. Took a long time to just get that. Once they got the money for the roof they seem to be done. If the yard would have been repaired to what it was I would given more stars.

  While walking down the street and minding my own business, I had an unexpected encounter with an individual who identified himself as Steve from Interstate Roofing. Unfortunately, the interaction quickly escalated, as he became hostile and appeared to be on the verge of becoming physically aggressive. This behavior was both unprofessional and alarming.

  My initial "project manager", whom I had a contract with, promised all the claim work from my hail claim, along with discounts for keeping out a sign, but he and the company were anything but reliable, or on top of the job. The process to get work initiated was far from easy, with very little communication, despite numerous efforts to reach out. Eventually, the roof and gutter were completed, but once that happened it was as if the company picked up and left. Evidently, the original "project manager" was let go, which makes sense that he wasn't responding, after months of attempts to contact, but Interstate evidently never assigned a new "project manager" to my claim. After multiple efforts to speak with someone who could actually help, always being told "so and so will call you", I eventually was assigned a new contact. This person came out and we reviewed everything we did the first time. Well, after that it was more of the same... Zero communication, zero follow through on the claim, and the only follow through came when my agent contacted the company and essentially chewed them out. After that, my agent and I decided it was best to cut ties and move on. Interstate Roofing definitely seems like a "fly by night company", based on my experience, although I will say they were very communicative when it was time to receive their payment.

  Jordyn with Interstate Roofing helped me in dealing with the insurance company because The Hartford claim adjuster was being difficult. She was fair and honest. The roofers did a fantastic job and cleaned up well when they finished. Also, they did it in one day!

  I would encourage anyone who needs a roof repair to contact Interstate Roofing. Ben Scott was our account manager. He did an amazing job throughout our entire roof replacement. He answered all of our questions and helped us understand the insurance claim process. His team worked so hard and did a beautiful job replacing the roof on our house and on our garage.

  Overwhelmed by how and what to do first after a storm damaged our home, on a recommendation we contacted Steven Dye. Steven Dye provided exceptional customer service. He showed up when he said he would, he listened to our concerns, he answered all our calls and questions by sharing his outstanding knowledge and guided us through the insurance claim. Within a reasonable amount of time, materials were delivered. A very professional and efficient crew provided us with a new roof and gutters. 10 gold stars 🌟 to Steven Dye and his crew.
