  Don't use Integrity Roofers! They're highly unreliable and lack experience. I had contracted them for a roofing job and they came to my house to provide a quote. After a few days, the owner increased the price but even then, I was willing to go through with the project. On the day of the job, the workers came and then left because the job site was 'not adequate' for them. This was very surprising because they had sent over someone to inspect the job and provide a quote so why wouldn't they bring up any issues then? Either way, they wasted a lot of time and now I'm stuck with looking for a new roofer. Do not use them!

  Integrity Roofers asked for a $150 inspection fee before coming up with a proposal to replace my roof. Only refundable if I signed on the dotted line for the overall project. This indicates to me a lack of confidence in their own competitiveness, and created a lack of confidence in Integrity Roofers.

  This company wasted 2 half days of our valuable time. First, they said they come to our place to estimate and potentially start a minor roof repair. After my husband changed his agenda to be at home when they arrive, they called to cancel short notice due to an unforseen issue, which was understandable. Then they sceduled on a busy Monday morning. Again, my husband emptied his schedule with difficulty, and they neither showed up nor bothered to call to cancel or explain. This is not what professionalism is. Got the job done by real professionals.

  Failed to show for roof repair after appointment was booked in advance with no replies to my inquiry afterwards.

  This company did more work on my roof yesterday, so I just wanted to update my review: Integrity did some revision skylight work and partial roof replacement on the roof of my North York area custom luxury home. I was very impressed by Qais, who schedules and manages the projects. Part of the job was under warranty and it was absolutely no hassle to get that honoured. For the other part of the job, I had an unpredictable leak due to wind driven rain and Qais was very patient and customer focused. He did not give up until the problem was diagnosed, which he went out of his way to do so personally. I believe the work crew was led by Eider and they are very personable. I spent some time on the roof with them after carefully braving the 40 foot ladder, and Eider explained what the team was doing and answered all my nosey homeowner questions. Qais, Eider, and the entire team seem to take pride in their work and doing a thorough job. Their drywall guy Linton also did a great job of fixing the top part of my skylight drywall (Eg the area directly under the skylight that is only accessible when the skylight is removed). Will update with pics later on. They are a great team and great company that I have been dealing with for many years; I would absolutely recommend them for roofing work. Old/original review from a few years ago: I have had many positive experiences with this company. The most recent one was yesterday when Shay came on a Sunday to help address a leak in my skylight. While he was up on my roof, he also fixed some defects he noticed in my chimney caulking/seal without charge. Some other roofing companies seem to lose interest the moment you tell them you have a 'small job' and are not getting your entire roof done, but Shay and his team have always taken the time to listen to my concerns, provide timely and quality service, and provide a reasonable quote. To reiterate, the fact that Shay was willing to come on a Sunday to help address my issue

  I hired Integrity Roofers to replace skylights and shingles on our roof. I had several quotes, and Integrity landed in the middle, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The quote was very detailed and outlined specifically everything that was to be done, all according to the manufacturers warranty guarantee. Because they are certified contractors for both Velux skylights and CertainTeed shingles, Integrity was able to extend both a full 25 year warranty on labour and materials, which was an important factor in me choosing Integrity for the project.The crew was great and I am extremely happy with the workmanship. They provided me with extensive photos during the installation, which was very much appreciated. This company definitely deserves all the 5 Star reviews that they have.

  Absolutely excellent service and workmanship. Replaced our aged detached home’s roof this spring and we were so happy (again!) with our experience with Cory and everyone at Integrity. Great communication, thorough quote package, wonderful consideration for our neighbours and tricky parking during the very efficient and top shelf work. Professional, responsible and our second project with Integrity (replaced a custom skylight for us previously). Highly recommend.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Shay and his crew. They were hardworking, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the process, which really put me at ease. I first contacted Shay two years ago when I suspected a small leak, and even then he never pressured me into doing the roof. He simply provided honest advice and the information I needed to make my own decision. When I finally decided to move forward this year, the service and workmanship were excellent. I would highly recommend Shay and his team.

  It's been a year since Shay and Integrity Roofers fixed the soffit, fascia, and metal work on our portico and it has held up amazingly. Initially, it needed some tweaking to get the water flow correct, but it's been perfect ever since. They were on time, on budget, and I'd highly recommend.

  This is the 2 nd. time i have reached out to Shay and "Integrity Roofers". I was in need of a new torch down, solid membrane roof, as well as new plywood , carpentry work, and new insulation. Communication was good, Rey and his crew were courteous, hard working and were a pleasure to work with. i would recommend and use them again.

  I was very pleased with Integrity Roofers job on our home.   "Integrity roofers," is a fitting name for this company as it was clear that's how they do their job. Shay took the time to explain all the details and was accommodating and flexible to our specific needs. I was very pleased and impressed with the work done. The crew did a great job and took care of some unexpected issues. They worked hard and kept us updated along the way. The area was well cleaned and tidy afterwards which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this roofing company. You can trust them to do the job right and of course with Integrity!

  Shay and his team provided exceptional work. They did a great job stripping down my shingles and laying new waterproofing and shingles. They fixed problems that arose such as missing wood etc. worked hard and took great pride in doing the job well. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work
