  Losani Homes hired this roofing company back in 2020 to complete the roof on our new construction home, assuming the work would be done properly and up to standard. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Fast forward six years we started experiencing water leaks coming through the flashing and shingles with all of the ice and snow melt. After investigating the issue, we discovered that the roof/flashing had been installed without a drip edge and without felt underlayment—two very basic components of a proper roofing system. Water was able to work its way into the attic and eventually down the interior wall before we realized what was happening. This kind of oversight is not a minor mistake, it’s fundamental roofing work that should never be skipped. It’s extremely disappointing to find out years later that corners were clearly cut during construction. What should have been a durable roof turned into a costly repair because of poor workmanship. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to double check the quality of their work. Unfortunately, our experience was that basic installation standards were not followed.

  Dominion Roofing does a lousy job and caused water to leak onto my ceiling. Also, please educate your contractor/staff to NOT park horizontally in front of my neighbor's driveway just for their own convenience. This is very inconsiderate as it blocks their way out.

  Dominion Roof constructed the roof of my home. They have done a very lousy job that water has now began to leak into my ceilings. My home was built by Great Gulf 5 years ago and to have this happen in such a short amount of time is unacceptable. I even called them to help resolve the issue but they played the “blame game” and refused to help, including their partners Great Gulf. I have to now spend thousands of dollars to get this leak fixed because they refused to take responsibility of their own actions. If you are looking to get your roof fixed absolutely do not go with this company. I have several neighbours around me with the same complaint I have. They are not worth your penny!

  If Dominion is doing work for you or your landlord on a weekend, good luck getting in contact with the emergency contact that’s been provided. Called over 8 times and got forwarded to voicemail of someone I didn’t ask for or just got hung up on. Damage happened to our unit which caused safety concerns and no response. Our business had to close for the day and even other days this week because of it.

  Going to ask that if your trucks are flying down the highway they might want to clear off the rocks from their bumpers. Rocks flying everywhere almost hit my car. This is not a safe practice.

  I do not recommend this company for any roofing. Brand new house leaked after 5 years, charged $1,100 to come and fix their problem and leaked again 1.5 months later. Two calls and two emails and no response. Contracted a reputable company to fix this. Yet again today and everytime it gets windy.

  Did our new build roof. Roof leaks after 2.5 years. No drip edge flashing, eve protection, and downspouts discharge on roof. Tried calling inquiring about warranty, no one returned my call. Use this company at your own risk!!

  Recently bought a house that needed some minor roof repair, was provided the company details by the builder. Adam and Kirk came out, did what needed to be done and gave the roof an inspection while up there. I was shown pictures of the work after it was completed. Thank you Dominion Roofing for helping us out.

  Today, I had the pleasure to meet Adam, Erik and Bobby for both an exterior and interior roof leak. They were all kind, courteous and professional working. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to communicate their estimated arrival and the thorough job that they completed today on the exterior site.   I would like to thank everyone involved. Everything has been top quality service. Dominion Roofing installed a brand new roof for my neighbour and I. Rocky was fantastic with his communication and pricing. Suzy was great calling or emailing about payment. The installers and everyone involved were amazing. It was completed in less then a day, installation and cleanup. The bin for garbage was removed the very next day. All the updated scheduling emails were also very helpful. This allowed my neighbour and I to clear the driveway the night before and be prepared. The crew were professional , quick, and did not leave a mess. (that is rare to see) After the job was completed we got photos of completion from a drone. Thanks again

  Outstanding experience. I asked for a roof replacement and they said my roof was still good for at least a few more years. They suggested a minor repair job which cost less than 3% of my expected roof replacement. Excellent service, job, follow up pictures sent with invoice. I know where I am going in a few years to get the full job done. Rating is 11 out of 10!! GP

  Had Dominion Roofing help waterproof a deck and apply a heating cable to help avoid snow build up. Andre did an amazing job, going above and beyond to ensure the deck was spotless. I should have called them years ago!
