Overpriced. The gentleman is quite young. We called him to ask for a roof inspection. He spent barely 20 min on our roof and charged us $500 + hst. He then tried to convince us that the roof is in horrible condition and that we have to pay …

Hi Zahra, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service. However i would like to clarify a few things for context. The inspection was scheduled two weeks in advance and the pricing was clearly discussed and agreed upon and before the appointment. We showed up on time and performed the inspection as requested. The time spent on the roof does not always reflect the depth of the assessment - Experience allows us to identify major issues quickly and efficiently. Our findings about the roofs condition were based on safety concerns and long term structural issues that any reputable contractor would have pointed out. I understand it can be frustrating to receive unexpected news about your home, but my intention was to be honest and transparent about the situation, not to upsell or pressure you. I’m always open to discussing and i wish you had reached out directly so we could have addressed them more constructively Wishing you all the best moving forward Cheers, BNS Roofing Team

Attempts to contact customer support for follow-up questions or concerns were often ignored or met with long delays.

We take great pride in our family business, ensuring top-quality service, standing by our warranties, and providing prompt responses 24/7. It is disappointing to see fraudulent reviews attempting to misrepresent our commitment to excellence. The reviews left by Joe Aron and Wayne Schwartz are entirely false. Neither of these individuals have ever been our customers or appear on our extensive project list, which includes thousands of verified clients. You both left the same fraudulent review to two other roofing companies at the same time. The names are Click Fireplaces Toronto, and Outstanding Roofing. Unfortunately, false reviews often come from: 1. Competitors attempting to damage our reputation. 2. Scam companies retaliating because we refuse to purchase fake 5-star reviews. 3. Individuals who deliberately target highly-rated businesses to bring down their ratings. We have reported these fake reviews to Google and trust that their moderation process will ensure fairness. We appreciate the continued support of our loyal customers who recognize the integrity of our work

We had a roof leak that needed to be repaired, and Keno from BNS Roofing was amazing to work with. He was professional, honest, and never pushy, which we really appreciated. He explained what needed to be done and got the repair taken care of properly. We’re very happy with the service and definitely plan on using BNS Roofing again for any future roofing needs. Highly recommend!

Just had the roof done, needed new plywood over the boards. Silvi did a complete inspection, and discussed my options. He responds to questions quickly, and doesn’t make you feel you shouldn’t be asking them. BNS did quality work for a good price. Overall, a stress free experience.

I had an issue with birds getting through a gap between the fascia and the plywood roof layer and nesting. I contacted Keno in late winter before birds began to nest this year to seek his services to address the problem. He came up with a solution using appropriate materials and made the installation as soon as possible. I was very happy with his work and am now relieved to not have to worry about birds, bats or squirrels trying to get into the roof/attic. I was very appreciative of his effort to document the conditions with photos and provide explanations. He is thorough, respectful of the property and provides a high quality service. In future I would not hesitate to call upon him to provide further service.

Thank you Jeffrey! Glad we could get out quickly and solve the problem before nesting season. We look forward to helping you again whenever you need us. Cheers, BNS Roofing

Kitchen and Bathroom Exhaust Vent Upgrade in North York Helped a homeowner in North York finish up their renovation with a full exhaust vent upgrade. The old 3 inch kitchen exhaust was replaced with a new 6 inch vent for stronger airflow, and a bathroom exhaust vent of 4 to 6 inches was added along with a 3 inch plumbing stack for the newly renovated bathroom. Proper roof venting is a key part of any renovation project, and our team made sure every vent was flashed and sealed correctly to keep the roof protected from leaks and moisture buildup. BNS Roofing proudly serves homeowners across North York, East York, and the greater Toronto area with roofing and venting solutions built for Toronto weather. Built for Toronto Weather.
