Update: This response is a complete lie. I did not send any aggressive message. Once again no apology or acknowledgement or fault. Im glad I chose not to go ahead with this unethical behaviour. I called for a quote after seeing the great reviews and despite being promised a visit within the week I received no follow-up had to call again and finally had someone come after two weeks. The roofer came with no ladder or equipment and told me he could not give me a quote without a ladder and would come back or send his team that same week. Once again no follow-up and after yet another week I messaged him asking if he was even interested in providing a quote and if I would have to chase him for the work to be done. I got a response with no apology whatsoever saying I’m in a rush and should find another contractor. This after 17 days of contacting for a mere quote. Even if you’re busy atleast be respectful and mindful of prospective customers.

Hi Syed, Because your house is custom built (which you didn’t mention before we arrived), the ladder wasn’t long enough. We said we would return with a longer ladder on Friday if it wasn’t raining. It did end up raining and it’s not safe to go on the roof when it’s raining, especially high slope. On our first visit, you said you were already working with another roofer who did repairs and he told you what the issue is. When you texted us you said you were in a rush and as we already have 7 customers booked before you, we suggested that you may want to try another company that could work on your roof sooner. We did stop replying to you when you started sending aggressive messages. We do not tolerate that kind of behaviour. Thank you and have yourself a wonderful day.

Excellent work and great value! I had a great experience with Alex and his team. Alex was professional, reliable, and showed up on time, exactly as promised. He brought a team of 5–6 experienced roofers, and they worked quickly and efficiently while doing a great job. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. After a disappointing experience with a previous roof repair, it was great to finally find a team I could trust. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking for quality roofing work at a fair price. Great job!

Very clear communication from beginning to end. No surprises. You know exactly what the condition of your roof is (they send you photos) before the quote is given. Honest review of what needs to be done right away and what can wait. Highly recommended.

A year ago, a.large section of shingles blew off in a storm. Alex came the very next day. One member of his crew spent the day putting it back together. The roof is decades old so I asked Alex to quote replacement. About a month ago, I gave.him the okay to proceed. In 2 days, his courteous and professional team, replaced all of the rotten sheathing and shingles giving me a new roof complete with underlayment, metal valleys etc. Their clean up was meticulous. An excellent experience and solid value.

ALEX has come to our house twice, once in the spring LAST YEAR and once FALL OF this year when I thought we might need a full roof replacement. Both times, he inspected everything thoroughly and reassured us that our roof still has plenty of life left. What really stands out is his honesty and professionalism. Instead of trying to sell us unnecessary work, Alex explained everything clearly and gave us real peace of mind. It's rare to find someone in this industry who leads with such integrity. I recommend Ace roofing complete confidence. ALEX will always be my first call whenever our roof needs attention. You can trust him 100%.

Thank you, Victor, for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We truly appreciate you trusting Alex and our team not once, but twice. Taking the time to thoroughly inspect your roof and give honest, straightforward advice is exactly how we believe roofing services should be done. Sometimes that means recommending a roof repair or maintenance, and other times it means letting you know a roof replacement isn’t necessary yet. It means a lot to hear that Alex’s honesty and professionalism stood out. That kind of trust is what we work hard to earn with every homeowner we help. Thank you again for your recommendation and confidence in Ace Roofing Services Inc. We’ll always be here when you need us! Best regards, Ace Roofing Services Inc
