Inspire Roofing & Home Improvement

The only one or two-star review we hold for Inspire Roofing & Home Improvement.

I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution when dealing with Sergio’s business (Inspire Roof & Home Improvement). Sergio does not abide by his contracts & will cut corners to save himself some money. He also threatened to come over to my property & remove stuff if I didn’t pay him. I would not recommend working with him in any capacity.

In response to the recent roof repair job we completed at your property and the subsequent review you posted. First, I want to reiterate that our team fixed the roof leak effectively. Following the repair, we experienced multiple days of heavy rain, and there were no issues reported. This confirms that the repair was successful. When I reached out to check if everything was satisfactory, you initially expressed that the leak had stopped but questioned the work done. Despite showing you the repair, you seemed dissatisfied because it took only 45 minutes. However, efficiency and expertise often allow us to perform quality work in a shorter time. You suggested a payment of $300, which I agreed to, although the original quote was $400. Despite this agreement, you later posted a negative review. I find this unfair given the effective repair and the reduced fee you proposed. After I learned of the review I attempted to discuss your concerns further and explain our costs and efforts, but you refused to engage and asked me to leave rudely. This situation is unfortunate because our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, and your reaction seems disproportionate considering the successful outcome. Our team of hard-working professionals deserves fair compensation for their skills and dedication. Your remarks undervalue their work and reflect a misunderstanding of the roofing industry. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Sergio Inspire Roofing & Home Improvement 254-379-8080

I cannot recommend Inspire Roofing & Home Improvement enough! They recently replaced the old, damaged siding on our front gables, soffit, trim, and chimney with new Hardie board, plus handled the complete repainting. Right from the estimate process, Inspire stood out by being exceptionally thorough—identifying missing base flashing and addressing potential chimney leak issues that other bids overlooked. The crew was prompt, hard-working, and extremely professional even through the 95+ degree Texas heat and scheduling around the 4th of July holiday. Their communication throughout the project was top-notch, and the finished product looks incredible. If you want a trustworthy, skilled crew that does the job right the first time and stands behind their work, hire Inspire!

First contacted Sergio about a leak in my roof after days of heavy rain. He responded promptly and came out same day to give an estimate. Came out the next day and completed the work. Contacted him a second time to get new gutters and once again he responded promptly, came out same day to measure and give me an estimate (which was very competitive) stated he could start the work the next day. His team was very professional and made sure to clean everything up after the job was completed. I am so happy I found this company and they will definitely be the first one I call for anything in the future

Had a great experience with this crew. They were professional, showed up on time, and did a solid job on the roof. Best part was the cleanup—no nails or debris left behind. Definitely recommend them if you're in Waco and need honest work
