Tom and his team did a beautiful job with the roof replacement of our home. He helped us through the whole process, from assessment of the situation, to working with the insurance company and helping us fill out paperwork, to guiding us through the choice of materials, to removing the original roof and replacing it. The team was very respectful of our home and yard, and they left it clean. Tom even came back to do some extra work, and that really meant a lot to us. I would recommend Tom and his company to anyone who wants a professional project carried out, from start to finish. He treated us as I think he would have treated his own family. Thank you, Tom, for a job well done.

We had an excellent experience with Inspect-A-Deck. After our insurance claim was initially denied, their team stepped in and truly went above and beyond. They helped us properly document all of the storm damage, explained exactly what the insurance company was looking for, and walked us through the process step by step. Thanks to their knowledge and attention to detail, our claim was re-reviewed and ultimately approved. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to advocate for us made a stressful situation so much easier. If you’ve been told “no” by insurance or feel stuck, I highly recommend Inspect-A-Deck. They know what they’re doing and genuinely care about helping homeowners get the coverage they deserve.
