They reroofed my house several years ago. Initially I thought they did a great job. The roof started leaking. I reached out to them via text message, phone and in person and they’ve not been responsive to repair my roof. The true statement of a company is not if they perform the service you pay them to do, but rather how they deal with issues. Independent Roofing has chosen to ignore a problem they created. Update. I paid someone else to fix their poor work. Rot had set in. So not only roofing but carpentry and finish work. Update : Still no response from the owner. This is not a false claim. Cost me thousands to fix this issue.

We were completely screwed over by this company that promised a new roof installation and then went unresponsive before finally saying they can not do it anymore leaving us without any options into Winter.

Will and Chad and crew did an excellent job on our roof that had major issues . A complex result of many remodels, including a challenging flat roof with two skylights and multiple roofs was met with a cheerful and professional team of roofers led by Chad. Meticulously clean. We couldn’t ask for a better product and the best part is no more leaks! Thank you!

I called Will to get an opinion on a roof and he was able to get out to the house within a few days and then get me an update on what was needed. He was fast and honest and I will be recommending him!

These guys are the real deal. Professional crew . Had some roof damage and tried to fix it myself but my hands are just too baby soft. They came out quickly ,cleaned up after themselves and got the job done . Definitely would use them again
