Have been waiting three weeks for just an estimate on my roof. Called twice to get a answer but to no avail

I can definitely see how the situation is very frustrating for you, and for that, I greatly apologize on behalf of all of us here at Independent Roofing. With all of the hail, we are running about 7-10 days behind for estimates. We received your call on June 25, and were not able to look at it until July 3. We were off on July 4 & 5, and did not send your bid out until Friday, July 6. We also emailed the bid to you this morning at 6:35. Again, we are sorry for our delayed response.

Recommended by a neighbor but turned into huge disappointment. This guy clearly wasn't interested in discussing my situation or spending any time answering questions. Warranty not even remotely competitive with the company I ended up hiring.

We hate to hear of your frustration with us and the poor customer service you received! We truly value all of our clients! We apologize for the poor response you had from us and will be sending you a $25.00 gift card in hopes that you will one day give us another chance.

I am extremely impressed with Independent Roofing. I've had many roofs replaced over the years and have dealt with many roofing companies. This one stands head and shoulders above the rest. They have full time office staff there to take your calls, they have courteous and conscienscious crews, and they have great quality control to ensure that the roof was installed properly. I even had portions of my roof with standing seem metal and the workmanship that they showed on this difficult section was impressive. The seems are perfectly straight and the valleys (which are very difficult to to keep even) are also perfect (which is rare). This is quality all the way around and from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure working with Independent Roofing. I would hightly recommend them.

Independent Roofing repaired our roof at half the price quoted from another (well-rated) company. In addition, in repairing the roof they noticed another problem, which they fixed at no additional cost. The main person I dealt with (Jeff) was friendly, responsive, and professional. We will definitely call Independent Roofing next time we have a problem.
