  The realitor hired a company to do the roof. I got up on the roof to look when I got home. Every shingle was installed incorrectly. Either high nails or nails blown completely thru. I told them to stop and I called their boss. The crew left and didn't clean up any of their mess. The screen shot is the response from the home inspectior after I sent him pics. Wouldnt recommend this company to people I didn't like. Oh they also left the vent holes completly open with rain coming a few hours later.

  Ideal Roofing was quick to respond to our request for a quote and scheduled the repair once we accepted the quote. Their employees were professional and knowledgeable. They made the repairs and cleaned up the debris. We are pleased with the work they did and would recommend them.

  Scheduled several roofing companies, some showed up with little more than a ladder & hammer. Ideal Roofing out sent Tim B, his assessment and inspection blew those others away, made the sale. The Ideal crew arrived on time and ready to rock, supplies on hand and a complete tear-off and replacement done in 2 days. Glad I chose this company.

  This company did a spectacular job on our roof. It was steep and complicated enough that I did not want to take it on myself. The guy who came and did the estimate answered all questions to my satisfaction and remained in contact throughout the experience to answer additional questions and concerns. The price was great, significantly less than we were thinking based on a few other conversations and informal bids. The actual installation crew did the job in 1.5 days, those guys were consummate professionals. They handled their business, they were not intrusive in and way, they never asked to come inside. They were very respectful of the property and cleaned up the property and left it as they found it. We are beyond thankful to have been able to get this done before Winter, and to be able to afford it. God provides, and he certainly did in this case. We are local business owners as well, and thankful to be able to support fellow local families. Recommend without reservation.

  Keith Jensen rocks. He actually got up on my roof and inspected my areas of concern. I had a fascia board that was rotten. He listened to my concerns and came through for me. I will be reaching out to them again for my other property.

  From the time we met the staff at Ideal to the day of completion, we were impressed with their attention to detail and the care and competency their staff gave to our home. Our steeply pitched roof needed a moss removal and the gutters needed gutter guard protection. They were on time, explained the process and throughly cleaned up after completion. The gutters are so easy to blow off now. Very happy with Ideal Roofing and the services and price quoted was fair.

  I ideal roof was a pleasure to work with. Very fast to respond to my inquiry. The roof replacement included removal of two layers of engineered roofing, the felt paper and plywood. They put down New plywood, a glue down layer and engineered roofing on top of that. Everyone that I worked with on this roofing replacement was professional in every aspect. The finished product looks absolutely great. The cleanup also outstanding.
