  They called me after I asked for a quote and told me they wouldn’t come out because I had another company coming out to give me a quote as well. The guys said no we’re good we aren’t coming you already have someone else and then acted like he couldn’t hear us and hung up.

  Just spoke with him, didn’t get a roof from him so I can’t speak to that, but he was extremely dismissive as a person which I don’t believe is the best way for a business owner to act.

  Contacted 5 roofing companies in 6-2023 . Decided to go with Grant roofing. What a mistake!! Signed a proposal on 8-2023. Then Chris wouldn't reply to phone calls or text messages. His latest email 12-2023 was for me to contact my insurance company for information regarding policy when all along he assured me he would be the contact person for insurance. Very unprofessional company. Be aware of what they promise

  They sent a representative to my home on Junr 1, 2021 to give me an estimate on repairing or replacing some or all of my gutters. I was supoose to receive an email estimate a few days later but never received one. I sent an email to the company several days later stating that I had not received an estimate. No response. They may be a good company for roofing or power washing but their gutter repair services is less than desirable. It's now June 24, 2021 and still no response. The estimator that came out was arrogant and condescending

  Grant Roofing came to my home checking out my project and said they would get back to me with a quote. I called their office three times, talked with them three times and every call they said they would get back to me asap, I waited and waited for them to contact me, after three months I found another company....

  José and Gustavo did a fantastic job! Cleaned the roof, replaced broken tiles, and cleaned up both days! Super professional workers and friendly. Office staff not so great. Phones rarely answered when calling regarding any issues or follow-up questions. When message left, no return call; instead an email was sent or no response received. Great work, bad communication.

  Mike and Rick did an excellent job of the tear-off and re-roofing of our home in a quick professional way. They cleaned up and hauled away the debris, and swept the area for any metal fasteners. The Gutters/Downspout crew also did a great installation and made sure the site was cleaned up when they were done. This was a job well done.

  Updated for work on N barn roof May 2026 The team did a very careful job refastening the screws on the N side on the barn roof. Since we have very limited available water from our well, they were very mindful about how much they used to pressure wash the refastened roof. It looked like a brand new metal roof! Updated for work on S barn roof March 2026: Another very pleasant encounter with the friendly folks at Grant Roofing: the two technicians who came out not only replaced metal roofing screws in the barn roof area I'd seen leaks, but also checked the rest of the nearby screws. They showed me the rusted fasteners they found, with dried out and cracked washers. One guy went with me to get more fasteners. They carefully used them all up refastening the south side barn roof in light rain, even though this was done with only a verbal approval from me to extend the scope of work. Grant Roofing makes it easy to get things done properly. ______________________________________________________________ From the first phone call, through the visit from the estimator, to the gutter and leaf guard installation, working with Grant Roofing has been wonderful. The office staff were always helpful, responsive, and cheerful. We had a fallen downspout had not been reattached properly by another business which worked on the house logs. Chris, the estimator, took the time climb up his tall ladder to reattach the downspout since he did not want us to have to wait during rainy season for this work until the gutter team could arrive. The gutter installation team worked carefully and well. The leaf guard installation team even cleaned off the shop side roof while waiting for materials since the new gutters were clear. In their rain suits, they installed the leaf guards with precision. We recommend this business with enthusiam!
