  In spring and summer of 2019 I had 2 roofs redone by Ibos who had done the roofs 30 years ago when we purchased the building . I spent 43,000.00 in 2019 on resurfacing the 2 flats roofs. After Ida I called Ibos and the man I had previously dealt with said he would take a look. I spoke to him on 9-6-21 and he said he would send pictures for insurance and get me an estimate. After several emails and phone calls but no estimate I got a bill for repair work. My building is still leaking and the coping on parapet walls is mostly gone. I sent a certified letter which was signed for and a week later I still have no response. Terrible way to treat your customers. 11-18-21 I reviewed the response from the owner who said their phones were down for a week. Within days of Ida I spoke to the man who supervised the original work on his cell. If the land line was down that was not a problem. It would have been professional for the owner to contact me after my post as I spent a large sum with his company resurfacing my 2 roofs. Two weeks and not a word. Most professional business people at least talk to their customers and advise where they are on a waiting list.

  We are very sorry to hear about this confusion. We lost power for a week and phones and internet were longer than that. I will look into this today and see what happened. No excuse, but please understand our employees were dealing with a lot shortly after the storm.

  Tried many many times to have them install two roof vents. Had very difficult time getting them to reply. When I did, they had a subcontractor come out and that person never showed up. Called several other times to get the worked rescheduled and was told they would have someone out. Again, heard from no one. Terrible job at following up. What a waste of my time! Apparently, job wasn't big enough for them to warrant professional consideration of call backs or following through. When I replace my roof next year with a standing seam metal roof, they certainly will not get a call from me.

  Mike I am very sorry to hear this. My repair guy is telling me that is was too cold when we started the process and when he called you to follow up after the weather improved that he did not get a call back. Either way we should have followed up better. Please call us if you need help with anything.

  I needed my home completely re-roofed due to hail damage. Owner Jeff Ibos and his team at Ibos Roofing just re-roofed our home, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Todd Cole, whose hands-on project supervision and accessibility by phone made the entire process stress-free. It's hard to find someone in the construction business who is so easy to reach and responsive throughout a major home project. What stood out most: ~ Honoring their estimate -- Not a dollar over the original quote, no hidden charges, no last-minute add-ons. ~ On time, every day -- They started the day they said they would, finished the day they said they would, and worked hard from morning to evening without interruption. ~ Flexible and professional -- When I threw them a last-minute request about our skylights, they handled it without missing a beat. ~ Beautiful finished product -- The quality and look of our new roof are excellent. We're genuinely proud with how it turned out. ~ Meticulous cleanup -- They thoroughly cleared all debris and swept carefully for nails — which matters enormously to me as a dad with young boys who run barefoot in our yard.   Outstanding job! Perfect clean-up at completion of job. The workmen completed the entire roof including removal of old roofing materials and installation of new shingles in one 10hr day. Cam Cole provided knowledgeable information and organization during the whole process. Thanks!
