So disappointed! My senior mom was excited to hire Hymask after a few of her friends had used them to re-shingle their homes. She called and 'Mike' came out to measure the roof. He was very quick taking the measurements, and he said he would send a quote soon..... Well, that was over 4 weeks ago and mom has never heard back from this company. What a waste time. :(

Mike just came out to look at our roof, which we had a few concerns about. I called this morning and he was able to stop by this afternoon. He went up and took a good look at it, and told us we are okay, just something to keep an eye on. We really appreciate that he was able to get here quickly, took his time and gave us an honest opinion, not trying to sell us on repairs we did not need. We will definitely be calling Hymask when we need help with our house in the future.

The crew that they used was super fast and efficient. So fast that the neighbour thought they just shingled over the old shingles, but I had taken a photo of the guys up on the roof, and it didn't have the old shingles on it, just the bare wood. I was very happy with my service!
