This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. It took more than six months to even get the work scheduled, and unfortunately the issues only continued from there. Our home is approximately 700 sq. ft., yet it took the crew three full days to complete the roof installation, which seemed excessive for a project of this size. From the moment they arrived, the atmosphere was highly unprofessional. The crew openly complained about and spoke negatively about their boss in front of us, which did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work being performed. Throughout the installation, it sounded as though roofing bundles were being thrown aggressively onto the roof, to the point where the entire house was shaking. Since the installation, we have experienced multiple leaks — two inside the home, one in the garage, and now a fourth leak discovered today. To make matters more frustrating, my stepfather has been a roofer for over 40 years, so we are very familiar with what quality roofing workmanship should look like. Unfortunately, because he lives in New Brunswick, we were unable to have him complete the work himself. The condition in which the property was left was also unacceptable. There were cigarette butts scattered around the yard after the crew left. Additionally, when they returned in early spring to tarp the roof, nails were driven directly through the tarps, which only worsened the situation by creating additional points for water intrusion. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, communication, and respect for our property were far below expectations. The only positive part of this experience was the woman handling the phones, who was always polite and pleasant to deal with. Otherwise, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If possible, a zero-star review would be more accurate.

Total hack show. Took half a year or more to get out to my place. When they showed up the whole crew was miserable and talking down their boss hard. Did an absolute garbage job on my roof. Sounded like the bundles were being thrown down as …

I had an amazing experience with BA roofing from the start. I needed to reshingle my roof quickly to be done before the winter. Martin came right away to measure and look at the job. The quote came the next day and the price was very competitive. Martin asked me to select the shingles and after adjusting their schedule, they were able to start on the job within a week. I was really impressed by the attention to details shown by Martin and his crew. He provided great suggestions and took care of loose ends (i.e. plywood and finishing faming work) that were beyond the scope of the roof project. Because of the weather conditions and this additional work, it took almost a week to complete the job. I am very happy with the work that they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
