  Our next-door neighbour had this company do work at their house. They pulled up their truck in front of our house and ultimately left all kinds of sharp aluminum pieces and shavings in front of our driveway and all over our lawn where our lawn tractor could also get a flat tire. There was also multiple cigarette butts mixed in with the aluminum pieces. I can’t s Speak to their quality of workmanship on their product however, this was very unprofessional. When I called the company to let them know, I could only get a voicemail so I had to go out and pick through the cigarette butts myself to pick up the aluminum before we got a flat tire.

  Brian came out last summer. Very detailed and thorough appointment. He spent an ample amount of time. He even noted the color needed. Promised quote and never provided. I followed up with a call and a text. No reason - no response - wasted our time.

  Not the best experience. I initially spoke with Wendy about receiving a quote. She asked I send her details and photos which I did. I never received a quote. More emails and phone messages to call me - no response. I tried for a few months and finally gave up. Based on the reviews, it sounds like they are great unless they decide to just ignore you.

  They came out to look at the work we needed done and promised a quote would come. Numerous email responses saying we would have it by the next week. Finally gave up after a couple of months and never heard back. Very unprofessional conduct. If you aren't interested or too busy be honest, don't just keep people on a string.

  Asked for a quote for gutters, Brian came by and told me he would have his estimate ready by the end of the weekend. No answer after a week. Emailed back and was told there was an “inescapable state of affairs at the office and it has been delayed.” Still haven’t heard back and went with someone else. If you can’t do the job just tell me. I would have went with someone else from the start and saved myself time. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

  Brian and the crew are next level professional and skilled. We have a very old home, 1868. After years of trying to keep the Fascia painted we reached out to Gorilla Gutters. Yes, we did have to wait for a them to be available, but so so worth it. I have added before and after pictures. Such attention to details, the aluminum fascia looks fantastic. Would and do recommend Gorilla Gutters to anyone. Thank you Brian for everything.

  Our 1970's bungalow was in need of gutter and downspout replacement. Brian provided us with a quote that we were happy with and two weeks later his crew completed the job. Excellent product, installation and service.

  Amazing company. Have worked with them for years and 0 complaints. Brian the owner participates actively in his community, sponsoring events and helping fund things like the children's division form the local Anglers' club derby.

  Half Round Gutters with Round Downspouts Brian and his team provide excellent products and service with a wide selection of product choices. Beyond the superb initial installation they are also responsive with any service related issues.

  We have worked with Gorilla Gutters for the past 7 years on several projects, and are very happy with their service, quality of materials and workmanship. For these reasons they are busy. I recommend contacting them well in advance of your project needing completion, but they are well worth the wait. The last project we had done by them included square downspout and gutters, it looks and works great! Thank you for always doing such an awesome job. I have attached pictures.
