Watch out for their drivers who put themselves and others at risk. The driver was tailing me at an unsafe distance down River Rd from Amelia to Chesterfield. This road is unsafe anyway with a lot of blind curves, but he stayed attached to my bumper the entire way. When I had enough, I sped up to keep some distance between us and he apparently didn't like that, so he sped up even more so he could pass me in a no passing zone. If this company hires people who will intimidate others on the roads, I wouldn't trust them to work on my home.

I had two duplex's that hy-tech did the flat roof roofing work. One leaked. They fixed it, and a year later it still leaks. In talking with other Robin Miller duplex owners in the Manchester area half have had flat roof leaks. Given that half their roofs leak, and these guys are roofers, I wouldn't have them roof a horse barn.

Mathew, sorry you feel this way but you may want to check you contractor. We install roofs that do not leak. After we leave a job site others put holes in our roofs. We are not respirable for watching other trades.

Hy-Tech Roofing called again this morning and left a message. Hy-Tech Roofing stands behind every roof we install. We installed the roof and others installed concrete pavers. This is not a good combo in roofing standards. They make pavers for this application. Please call us back so we can come help you with your issues. Very sorry you are having issues but we are here to help. Thank you.

Very dependable company to work with, as well as friendly/caring staff. Compared to other roofing companies the estimates are priced fairly and worth the excellent work that is provided. Would definitely recommend using this company!
